Description of bedrooms and baths: a comfortable bathroom with a sink, toilet, tub and shower is set up on the first floor. On the same floor is a guest room with a large queen-size bed (180 x 200). About the generous staircase leads to the upper floor, which is designed up to the bathroom with high-quality parquet in solid chestnut. Here there are three cozy rooms (one bedroom with double bed 200 x 200, one bedroom with queen-size bed 140 x 200, one bedroom with antique 'Lit Bateau "114 x 186), a bright bathroom with double sinks in red granite, shower and toilet and the light-flooded large mezzanine overlooking the fire from above and a cozy TV corner with satellite TV (30 programs).

Special features: 2 mountain bikes for an extra charge. A shaded carport is located directly next to the house.

Activities: The main cultural and sporting activity centers like the Ardèche Les Vans, Ruoms, Vallon-Pont d'Arc and Balazuc are within a 15- to 20-minute drive. In addition to canoeing, climbing, caving and swimming in the rivers, the region is also ideal for mountain biking, horseback riding and hiking. The nearest swimming river, the Beaume is 5 to 10 minutes from the house. In addition, it is worth visiting the many regional markets and the medieval village. Romantic courtyard paved with wall fountains and ancient flagstones, partly covered with arcades. Small bamboo grove with outdoor shower, a shady oasis for hot days. To relax in the garden or in the sheltered courtyard are available teak deck chairs. Our house, with a living area of ​​180 sqm on two levels, is very stylish, mostly with antique furniture, furnishings. In the lounge there is a large ancient fireplace, typical of the Ardèche with comfortable seating and views of the mezzanine and the old wooden beams of the roof style. To the terrace of the living room with a ceiling of chestnut beams is set up as a dining room with a large country house table for eight. From here you get into the comfortable kitchen in Provencal style with 4-plate electric stove, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher and a small dining table.

Meine Tochter (13 Jahre) und ich haben hier 10 wunderbare Ferientage in diesem traumhaften Ambiente verlebt. Es hat sämtliche Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Angaben des Inserats stimmen mit der Realität in vollstem Umfang überein, es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Wir werden sehr gerne einmal wieder kommen, ich empfehle dieses Domizil nur zu gerne weiter. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Möglichkeiten von Kanu-Touren, sowie die Wochenmärkte in Joyeuse und in Uzes.

Ein Juwel in der Südardèche

Das Haus und die Poolanlage und der Garten sind mit viel Geschmack, großzügig gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Netter, gut organisierter Empfang vor Ort. Es liegt ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Märkten. Wir haben dort mit unserer Familie zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht.

Urlaub wie Gott in Frankreich

Wenn man durch das wunderbare Tor die Einfahrt hinauffährt, erblickt man das Anwesen in seiner vollen Schönheit. Blumen und Sträucher sind von Gärtnerhand professionell angelegt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und individuell, eine gute Mischung aus liebevoll restaurieren Möbeln. Hier haben die Besitzer viel Herzblut mit eingebracht und alles richtig gemacht.

Stilvoll, der Pool - mit schönen Liegen.

Wir haben in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht und dann auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und die Landschaft gefrühstückt, oder zu Abend gegessen.

Das Haus hat uns nicht nur begeistert, sondern uns viele wunderschöne Erinnerungen und Inspirationen mit nach Hause gegeben.

Es gab nur Eines was uns nicht gefallen hat , nämlich dass wir wieder nach Hause fahren mussten.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und behalten bis dahin den Lavendel-Duft in der Nase !

Traumerlebnis mit viel Romantik und Natur pur!

In diesem unglaublich stilvollen und gemütlichen Landhaus inmitten der phantastischen Landschaft hat uns das "savoir vivre" sofort erfasst. Bei herrlichem Wetter haben wir zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht und die tolle Poolanlage ausgiebig genossen. Haus und Garten sind super gepflegt und großzügig ausgestattet. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle unsere Freunde!

Zwei wunderschöne Wochen bei herrlichem Wetter in Ihrem behaglichen Haus mit der tollen Poolanlage gehen zu Ende. Wir haben uns hier sofort wohl gefühlt! Lieblingsort: Les Vans. Das war Erholung pur!!

The wine village of Rosières is located about 20 km south of Aubenas between Ardèchetal and Cevennes, not far from Joyeuse. The nearest swimming river, the Beaume, runs on the outskirts, a five minute drive from the house. The town has shops for daily needs, as well as a large Intermarché. 2 km away, the medieval town of Joyeuse neighbor, it can be wonderfully stroll and eating out. Every day is a Mediterranean weekly market in one of the picturesque places instead of in the vicinity.
