The old, former winegrower's house has been renovated in 1996 and 2010 and has
3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room plus kitchen. 4- and 5 bedrooms, spread over three floors. The kitchen is fully furnished, equipped with dishwasher and the usual household appliances.
At night or on the evening it is very calm and quiet in the house. Cheerful and louder it is and only during street wine festival, which twice a year (Mai. Sept.) takes place. Since everything is booked in Pünderich. It pays to join in the celebrations, the street festival is very popular. The Mosel can be reached by the way on foot in 3 minutes.
