If they yearn for individuality and freedom, then they are exactly right here. The apartment offers you all imaginable comforts for a pleasant stay.

Let me explain to you the advantages of my apartment:

It is situated on the left bank of the Vltava River, in the Smíchov district, Prague 5, one of Prague's largest and most scenic districts, in close proximity to the historical core, separated from the Medieval by the so-called 'hungry wall'. The district is characterized by its villas and art nouveau buildings, former factories, generous gardens and a range of nature reserves, used by local people as a recreation area. Many Czech personalities, like Karrel God, have their residence here, because the air is better, you are a bit off the tourist streams and has a wonderful view of the city. However, they do not believe that they are isolated because they reach the tourist centers (Altstadtsring, Wenzelsplatz, Karlsbrücke) within 15 minutes due to the good transport connections.

The public transport network (bus, tram, subway) can be reached by short distances. Directly in front of the house is a bus stop. The buses run during the day in the 10 minute clock.

There are also various shopping possibilities in the immediate vicinity, from the huge shopping center to small shops everything is there.

As the Czech people cultivate a distinctive drinking and eating culture, there are countless pubs and beer gardens that serve excellent Czech specialties. Here you can get a quick talk with the nice locals. The famous Staropramen brewery is just a stone's throw away.

Individual Apartment for Individualists!

Enjoy the real Prague close to the city center, but far enough from the flood of tourists.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in a quiet part of Prague. All of the main places of interest are within walking distance. You'll live in a modern and stylish apartment with an amazing panorama view, surrounded by beautiful art deco buildings. The big advantage of Smíchov (Prague-5) is that you can easily reach all the tourist attractions, otherwise you have the possibility to see the green side of Prague, with numerous parks, that you can't find in the city center.

You can reach the public transport (bus, underground and tram) in a few steps. The bus station is directly in front of the house. Several shopping facilities (supermarkets, shopping centers, cornershops ...) are max. 5 min away.

In the immediate vicinity, you can find several pubs. Right across the street you can find a pub with a typical Czech cuisine. The famous Czech Staropramen-beer brewery is almost within the spitting distance, where you can find food as well.

The apartment is freshly renovated and designed by myself. I tried to create a light, stylish and modern interior, with high quality fixtures and decoration.

Please understand that this is not the case. I'd like to offer an allergy sufferers and nonsmokers.

If you want to enjoy the real Prague, I'm happy to welcome you as a guest in my nice friendly flat.

The apartment was well-suited to our needs.

The apartment has an excellent location - directly on bus route to & from the Metro. A ride into old town took no more than 20 minutes. We rarely used our car while in Prague. Restaurant across the street has a very casual vibe and the food is very good. Grocery store was at the top of the hill - we walked.

This apartment is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility - there are three flights of stairs to climb and no elevator.

The upkeep of the garden is not a reflection of the upkeep of the flat. The garden is unkept, there is stinky garbage at the front gate and a bath tub lying to the side of the building. The front entry hall is similarly uninviting with garbage at the door and a very strong musty smell coming from the basement that spread throughout the stairwell. This could be a turnoff for some people.

The flat itself was lovely and bright. An additional comfy chair in the sitting room would have been welcome but generally the unit is well-equipped.

Lovely Apartment in Prague

This was a great place to stay in Prague, close to everything, but also in a real neighborhood. The apartment looked exactly as the pictures showed it on the website. Julia send all kinds of information ahead of time, with places to go, maps, suggestions on eating, very much appreciated. The apartment itself is very large, with lots of windows, a comfortable bed, and everything you could need/want in the kitchen to cook for yourself. Close proximity to grocery stores was also great. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know traveling to Prague.

Perfekt organisiert und angenehm vor Ort

Kleineres, aber funktionales und sehr nett gestyltes Appartement, welches unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt erfüllte. Nicht so zentral aber durch öffentlichen Nahverkehr gut angebunden (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür), keine Parkplatzprobleme falls mit eigenem Auto unterwegs.

Werden wir, falls verfügbar, für unseren nächsten Pragbesuch, gerne wieder buchen. Dank an unsere Gastgeberin für ihre umsichtigen Bemühungen um reibungslosen Ablauf und Wohlfühlen vor Ort!
