We stayed at Sea La Vie for vacation the week of July 4th. The house was as advertised and we had a nice surprise waiting on us upon arrival - a starter pack of paper products, dish soap, dishwasher pouches, and Tide detergent. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and linens for the futons provided. The location was perfect - right beside the pool and directly across from the ocean. We had a problem with small black ants on our 2nd day but I emailed Stewart and he immediately set up an appointment with pest control. Since the following day was July 4th, they came the next day. We were at the waterpark but Stewart stayed in contact with us before and following the appointment. We had no further trouble that week. We had plenty of parking space under the house. My children (ages 7 and 3) loved the pool so much that we stayed in it every day and only ventured to the beach once! The pier, Sam's Corner (their foot long hot dogs are a MUST!), and the arcade were only a short car drive away and could even be reached by walking. We also took our golf cart but we didn't use it very much. Overall, it was a great fit for my family of 4!
We have stayed at Sealavie several times and the stay is always enjoyable. This house is great and just a short walk across the street to the beach. Close to many great restaurants and in a quiet section of Garden City Beach.

This was the perfect place to stay for vacation. Being next to the pool & just across the street from the beach were a definite plus. Can't wait to come back next year

This is our third year renting this house. One of the best features of this house is its proximity to the beach. You are just across the street!!! The house is well maintained and kept clean. Has all the amenities that you could ask for. My wife and I love staying at this little house. It's convenient, cozy, and just right for a week at the beach.
