Walk to ocean. This nice house is upgraded yearly, refurnished, has new water heater, wood flooring, new 32' HDTV in Den, & new HVAC! Our rental beach home 'SeaLaVie' is in Garden City Beach, SC at Sunset Square G. Rental home is a 10-min. drive to south Myrtle Beach. Oceanside (second row) raised oceanview beach house, 2BR/2BA, sleeps 8 (5 beds). We have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, and are Accredited with the BBB.

Our 1-story Raised Beach House has some small ocean views from inside house den and second bedroom! Exceptionally nice, Oceanside raised, beach house, 2BR/2BA, sleeps 6-8 (5 beds) at 104G Sunset Dr. House has some ocean views from inside house den and second bedroom! 0.6 mile north of the Garden City Pier. Rental house is on 10' stilts. 1-minute walk to beach! House in Sunset Square complex of 17 homes with community pool & behind Water's Edge Condos. Just one half block from the ocean! Our rental house is the 1st house back from N. Waccamaw Drive (2nd Row) and located beside (west) Sunset Square community pool. Covered front porch and open sundeck, paved parking for 4 cars under house. Ceramic Tile on kitchen and bothbath floors. Hardwood floors in the den and hall. House is 1000 square feet. New 32" HDTV in den.

Master bedroom has queen bed, color cable TV and walk in full bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds, color cable tv and full bath down hall. Stacked washer and dryer in hall. 2 new futons in den, sleeps 8! 5 beds total - sleeps 8. Home stereo system. House Features a private Pool (Community), Porch/Sundeck, DVD, VCR, new AC, new granite countertops, new dishwasher, new Washer/Dryer (In Unit), 3 Cable TVs, Microwave, no pets and no smoking. $350,000 house value! Wonderful Vacation

We stayed at Sea La Vie for vacation the week of July 4th. The house was as advertised and we had a nice surprise waiting on us upon arrival - a starter pack of paper products, dish soap, dishwasher pouches, and Tide detergent. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and linens for the futons provided. The location was perfect - right beside the pool and directly across from the ocean. We had a problem with small black ants on our 2nd day but I emailed Stewart and he immediately set up an appointment with pest control. Since the following day was July 4th, they came the next day. We were at the waterpark but Stewart stayed in contact with us before and following the appointment. We had no further trouble that week. We had plenty of parking space under the house. My children (ages 7 and 3) loved the pool so much that we stayed in it every day and only ventured to the beach once! The pier, Sam's Corner (their foot long hot dogs are a MUST!), and the arcade were only a short car drive away and could even be reached by walking. We also took our golf cart but we didn't use it very much. Overall, it was a great fit for my family of 4!

Owner values repeat business!

We have stayed at Sealavie several times and the stay is always enjoyable. This house is great and just a short walk across the street to the beach. Close to many great restaurants and in a quiet section of Garden City Beach.

Stewart definitely appreciates repeat renters. Thanks again Stewart for being so easy to work with, you have become a great friend over the years.

This was the perfect place to stay for vacation. Being next to the pool & just across the street from the beach were a definite plus. Can't wait to come back next year

Excellent house just steps from the beach!

This is our third year renting this house. One of the best features of this house is its proximity to the beach. You are just across the street!!! The house is well maintained and kept clean. Has all the amenities that you could ask for. My wife and I love staying at this little house. It's convenient, cozy, and just right for a week at the beach.
