Apartment A

55 square meters with 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m) and an additional sofa bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) in the living area. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. It has a large southwest-facing balcony of approximately 16 sqm.

Apartment B

65 sqm living space with two separate bedrooms (double bed 1,80 x 2,00 m and double bed 1,40 x 2,00 m). This apartment can accommodate 4 persons. It has a southwest-facing balcony of 8 m².

Apartment A and B

In two apartments each 1 large wardrobe, 1 large closet, and a variety of other storage options are available.

Both apartments have a spacious living room of each in an attractive sitting area (with satellite TV) and a dining area is divided. Internet access possible.

A quality kitchen with full-fledged Aussattung (ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) of about 32 m² is also integrated into the living area. Self-sufficiency.

The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet, walk-in real glass shower, radiator as a towel dryer, and a large granite vanity with base cabinet. Hair dryer available, hand and bath towels available on request (surcharge).

Super

Wat een geweldig appartement en wat een super hartelijke, gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaren. Mijn vrouw en ik hebben 3 weken in appartement A doorgebracht. Toen we na een lange reis aankwamen werden we hartelijk ontvangen met een glaasje wijn. Het woongedeelte van de eigenaren ligt beneden straatniveau maar de appartementen hebben een eigen ingang op straatniveau. Dus geen trappen lopen. Het appartement is nieuw, ruim, licht en volledig ingericht en via 2 openslaande tuindeuren kom je op een heerlijk ruim balkon waar je kunt genieten van prachtige zonsondergangen. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum waar voldoende winkels zijn voor de dagelijks benodigdheden. In de omgeving van Riberac zijn leuke plekken om te bezoeken zoals Brantome en het Chateau van Bourdeilles, Sarlat en de grotten in de buurt van Sarlat, Bordeaux, Aubeterre met de grottenkerk. Tegenover de grottenkerk is een zeer goed restaurant de Taveerne. Niet duur en veel keus. Rond Riberac kun je prima fietsen maar een electrische fiets is wel aan te bevelen wegens heuvelachtig terrein. De fietsen kun je veilig parkeren in de garage of in het verwarmingshok van de eigenaren. Alles bij elkaar hebben wij een fantastische vakantie genoten waarvoor wij Wilfried en Irmgard nogmaals hartelijk willen bedanken.

Sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Wohnung A des Ferienhauses und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist gross und gut ausgestattet. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Balkon (wenn auch nicht wie vorher gesagt, abgetrennt zur Wohnung B) und der schöne Pool sind erwähnenswert. In Ribérac gibt es viele Supermärkte und Bäckereien etc... Auch der Freitagsmarkt lohnt einen Besuch. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen: Schlösser, See, alte Städte, Grotten etc... Allerdings immer ein kleines Stück zu fahren (45-75 Minuten).

Fazit: die Ferienwohung können wir absolut weiterempfehlen!

Urlaub in Ribérac

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Maison Bellevue in Ribérac außerordentlich genossen. Dies lag zum einen an der hervorragenden Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung und dem herrlichen Pool, aber ganz sicher auch an der supernetten Betreuung durch die reizenden Vermieter. Wir hatten ein Riesenglück mit dem Wetter, was die Urlaubsstimmung natürlich auch entsprechende aufleben lässt. Wir werden sicher nochmal ins Perigord in den Urlaub fahren und dann ist das Maison Bellevue in Riberac unsere erste Anlaufstelle !!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben viele Tips vom Vermieter bekommen. Die Wohnung ist absolut klasse, sauber, gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

The Fereienwohnung located in a quiet side street of the beautiful historic center of the town of Ribérac. Cafes, bistros, restaurants, boutiques, various shops, pharmacies, etc., and the market place - the hustle and bustle attracts many locals and visitors a week - are within walking distance in a few minutes.

In Sunset can be enjoyed from the balconies of 2 spacious and modern apartments the panorama of the historical center and enjoy the view over the Mediterranean surroundings to the green valley of the Dronne.

Ribérac situated in the Perigord or in the Dordogne - both are two names for the same area; the one after the largest river, on the other hand by the departmental capital "Périgueux" named.

The Perigord and the Dordogne is estimated by the French especially because of its excellent and original cuisine; especially popular are the famous "foie gras", stone mushrooms and black truffle.

The area offers

- The holiday maker and a holiday close to nature with diverse bathing

  Sportmöglickeiten as canoeing, hiking, cycling, climbing, etc.,

- The culturally interressierten tourists (pre) historical sites and

  culinary discoveries of a historically unique cultural space

- As well as the vibrant cities Périgueux and Angoulême with other diverse

  urban things.

The north-western part, the "Périgord Vert" has many worthwhile trip.

Within half an hour's drive to Riberac are:

- Périgueux with its Moorish-style cathedral, a historic

  Old town with colorful market and eienr variety of unique boutiques

- The not yet overcrowded by tourism river valleys of the Isle and Dronne,

  the latter flowing directly through Ribérac (boats - beispeilsweise by canoe

  can often still pristine and picturesque natural scenery to explore)

- Called the picturesque Brantome, also Venice of the Périgord

- The caves of "Villars"

- The 1000 years of rock church in the picturesque village Aubeterre

- The castle of Bourdeilles with originary equipment

- The swimming paradise "Lac de la Jemaye" 13 km away, in the woods with

   fine white sand beach, sanitation, beach restaurants,

   numerous picnic tables in the shade of ancient pines and oaks

The eastern "Perigord noir" is also the land of human prehistory with many grottoes and caves such. B. Lascaux and the "Padirac".

Other worthwhile day trips could include:

- Les Eyzies, the location of the "Cro Magnon" (direct precursor of "homo sapiens")

- The World Cultural Heritage "Sarlat" with its medieval stone houses and

  winding streets

- Picturesque villages in the Dordogne valley as: Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Domme,

  Rocamadour whose houses partially like swallows perpendicular to the

 seem to be stuck rock

- Limeuil, at the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère
