Located in the center of Marion village, Premier location in apartment attached to historic Elizabeth Taber house., founder of Tabor academy. One block from shops, coffee, restaurant and the Marion General Store (prepared foods, alcohol, local produce and amenities). Easy walk to and from Cast Seaside Bites restaurant and bar. 15 minute walk to Silvershell beach (.7 miles) and 1 block to town dock. One minute walk to Friday night band concerts overlooking the harbor and Tabor Academy. Comes with beach pass. Separate entrance to apartment. We have 1 bedroom and bath with shower upstairs and living/dining downstairs with pullout couch. Suitable for 1-4 people.
1 dog allowed with permission from host and $75 pet fee per stay payable to host with approval.

Girls weekend

The property is so cute, and Marion is a gem of a location. Had a lovely relaxing weekend with a friend and Jean is an amazing host.

Regatta trip

Great place to stay for a regatta at BYC. We brought an inflatable bed and placed it in the downstairs to fit three adults. Perfect location. Pictures tell the story.

Nice place

The apartment is nice and comfortable and is located in a charming historic area. Jean, the host, is very accommodating and responsive. The two AC units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) worked well during a recent heat wave. Jean provides you with a beach pass, which is a really nice amenity. One significant downside was the place had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which Jean apologized about. Also, the bedroom gets a lot of light in the morning, so you may want to bring an eye mask.
