Exceptional newly refurbished (June 2013) Loft-flat with Moroccan decoration elements, spacious, bright, comfortable rooms overlooking a large, landscaped terrace offering nice views over the sea and the small marina. Located along the natural bay of Tabaiba.

Our apartment is located at the end of a spur road, primarily on the sea, on a quiet beach which is easily accessible by a green staircase, or via internal lift. The size is of about 120 square meters, with a large terrace of approximately 50sqm. The apartment is full of light (cross ventilation), completely renovated, with new furnitures. It offers place for 4 persons.

Both bedroom are equipped with 2 large single beds. The main bedroom has direct access to its own bathroom. The living room has comfortable seating and the separate dining room leads out to the terrace s well as the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also offers washing machine. From the dining área, the second bedroom and the living room you will enjoy magnificent views of the sea, the neighboring Radazul with its marina and sandy beaches, and the natural beach of Tabaiba. From the large and Green, partly covered terrace you will enjoy this nice views. It offers comforts such as free satellite TV with all major international channels.

All rooms (dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, bathrooms) are spacious, bright and fully refurbished.

The property is quirky and has plenty of character, the kitchen is well equiped.

The balcony gets full sun and is a great area for sitting and eating on. This apartment is well situated for getting around the island, but does require a fair amount of time driving to places. However the local black beach is lovely and the habourside offers fantastic oppotunity to swim with an array of tropical fish 'bring a snorkel'. This apartment is much more than just a standard tourist apartment.

Great location, large and spacious.

The rental lived up to the description and is very good for a large family or small group. The kitchen could need one or two large pots and some better chopping knives, but apart from this, we found the facilities to be great.

Tolle Wohnung mit herrlicher Sonnenterasse

Meine Freundin und ich waren im Januar eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft in Tabaiba. Ein sehr guter Spot um die Insel zu erkunden, da man von dort mit dem Mietwagen überall gut hinkommt. Die Terasse ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und wir konnten bei Sonnenschein selbst im Januar draußen Frühstücken und aufs Meer blicken. Knaller. Man muss dazu sagen, dass Tabaiba nicht gerade mit Schönheit glänzt und auch sonst nichts zu bieten hat, man dies aber auf der Terasse nicht mitbekommt. Man schaut auf's Meer, auf Gran Cancanaria und genießt.

Sogar vom Bett aus kann man auf's Meer schauen. Wenn man entspannen will, ist es ein super Spot. Ohne Mietwagen wäre man aber etwas verloren.

Das Appartment ist sehr groß, gut gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Mit 4 Personen absolut perfekt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Traum-Urlaub

Es ist schwer in Worte zu fassen, was einen mit dieser wundervollen Wohnung erwartet. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die ruhige aber doch nahe Lage zur Autopista, um alle Ziele der Insel schnell zu erreichen, der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer und Gran Canaria, und nicht zu vergessen die liebevolle Begrüßung durch Isabel und Daniel; das alles verbindet sich zu einem Gefühl des Angekommen Seins. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben und haben uns vorgenommen unbedingt hierher wiederzukommen.

großzüg-kreative Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse

Schon beim Eintritt in die Wohnung -reizende Vermieterin, perfekte Deutsch-Kenntnisse- dachten wir "WOW!". Von der kreativen Decke bis hin zur Raumkonzeption ist hier alles ungewöhnlich- ungewöhnlich toll. Die Wohnung bietet für vier Personen absolut ausreichend Platz (für zwei ist es purer Luxus), und die Terrasse ist ein phantastischer Ort zum Speisen, Verweilen und Sonnenbaden, inkl. geschütztem aber freien Blick auf den Atlantik.

Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und absolut ruhig inkl. eigenem Bad. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und es gibt einen separierten "Hauswirtschaftsraum". Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig und gemütlich, es bietet bei zu windigem Wetter eine tolle Alternative zur Terrasse -die absolut unser Lieblingsort war, der Abschied hiervon fiel schwer :)

Das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis ist hier mehr als empfehlenswert, vor allem für Urlauber, die im Anaga-Gebirge wandern wollen und Ruhe abseits vom Trubel im Süden suchen.

If you love the old Tenerife and would like staying in a small town, on the sea, which will feel comfortable in Tabaiba Baja.

Tabaiba is very convenient, it is located in the sunny north-east of Tenerife, between the pilgrimage destination of Candelaria and the bustling and culturally interesting capital city of Santa Cruz. Both places are easily reachable by car in a few minutes. Tabaiba is far away from mass tourism. The Tenerife North Airport Los Rodeos is 15 kilometers away and the Tenerife south airport Reina Sofia is about 50 kilometers away.

The place is naturally grown and home to locals who appreciate its proximity to the capital, Santa Cruz, and also among travelers Tabaiba is a secret because of its quiet, central location. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, water sports, mountain biking ... A diving school is located nearby, just down the beach.

The German school is located in the upper part of Tabaiba.

The bus stop is only 100 meters away from the apartment, so you can best explore the island without a car.

Tabaiba and the neighboring Radazul associated with a newly landscaped footpath. With many benches to enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean, just off the cliff. In the newly created bays you can swim, snorkel or enjoy diving. A beach right at the end of the promenade, named 'La Nea' is also ideal for swimming and relaxing, even for children.

Radazul and Tabaiba have a diving school respectively. Both places offer a good selection of restaurants and the supermarket in Tabaiba is a few minutes walk. He is well sorted for everyday needs.

Various clinics and hospitals are located in Santa Cruz (about 8 Km away)

Candelaria: It is 7 minutes away by car and the 'Black Madonna' in the basilica. Candelaria offers local shops for shopping, bars, restaurants and a weekly market.

A spacious newly created beach is situated on the pleasant coastal promenade that leads from Las Caletillas to Candelaria.

Also, the island's capital, Santa Cruz, with its harbor, the beautiful City Park, the impressive auditorium or its lively downtown is worth a visit. Also its cultural program is not to be underestimated. Santa Cruz is located only 8km away.

Other recommended beaches in the immediate vicinity are in Teresitas (towards Anaga Mountains behind Santa Cruz) in El Medano or Abades (direction Tenerife south airport).

Pine forest: The La Esperanza forest can be reached by car on a country road in just 10 minutes. From this starting point of many hiking and mountain bike trails. This road continues to the Teide National Park, Spain's highest mountain (3 714 M)

The Anaga Mountains: The eastern tip of Tenerife, Anaga Rural Park, with its special geological conditions and the great diversity of the ecological value of the island. The Anaga Mountains, which forms one of the three geologically oldest parts of the island, offers a charming landscape, hidden beaches, spectacular cliffs and lush laurel forest, which still bear witness to the Mediterranean vegetation prehistoric times. Notable in this natural environment and the countless wealth of different bird species and the well-preserved, picturesque villages that are in complete harmony with its natural surroundings and where the few residents still rely on traditional agriculture. Numerous hiking trails lead through the Anaga Forest. You reach the Anaga Mountains by car from Tabaiba in about 30 minutes.

Golf: To exercise this sport in Tenerife is a very special experience: the annual average temperature of 23 ° and extraordinary courts, which were designed by the best in the world, will inspire you. There are nine great places to play golf in Tenerife.
