CANTARELLA 310 is a large four bedroom luxury penthouse apartment with three bathrooms, situated in an exclusive residence close to the resort center. Vaulted open beamed timber ceilings and wooden floors create a cozy yet elegant ambience. There is a large and sunny south-west facing balcony looking out to the peaks in France, Italy and Switzerland.

The apartment Cantarella 310 is a luxury holiday flat with 4 bedrooms on the 3rd floor with a living surface of approx. 200m2.

Entrance hall with guest-WC. Exceptionally spacious living area of 90m2 with large open fire place, American kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped modern kitchen with all state-of-the-art appliances. To be mentioned is the Nespresso coffee machine as well as the steamer oven. Cable TV and DVD, wireless internet connection and I-pod dock-in station are available.

The sleeping area is separated with a sliding door from the living area and include the following: 1 double room (twin bedded) with bath/shower/WC opposite the room and balcony access. 1 double room (twin bedded) with ensuite bath/WC. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (adult size!). 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds (adult size!) and access to balcony. 1 shared bathroom/WC with 2 sinks.

3 indoor parking spaces are available on the lower ground floor. Laundry facilities with drier and a ski-room with private ski & boot locker is located on the ground floor. Elevator guarantees for easy and convenient access to the apartment on the top-floor of the building.
