We offer a large, open Holiday Apartment for self-service (roll service possible) with large balcony, large garden with a small playground - ideal for families. The apartment is spread over 3 floors and includes a large lounge with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, satellite TV, DVD- and Video recorder, comfortable seating area, sofa. On this floor there is also a small bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 double room with balcony towards the garden. On the second Floor there are 2 doubles, 1 triple and one twin rooms (separate beds) and a separate toilet. Another large bathroom with shower and bathtub is in the main Floor. All multi-bed rooms on the second Floor are connected by a continuous balcony. Garden furniture and sun loungers are at your disposal. Each room has a sink, bed linen and towels are included in the offer once. Baby cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.

About Daniela Kröll

The house was build in 1950 from my Grand parents.

It was from the beginning , formerly primarily to summer visitors , then , as propagated lifts were built , even in winter , rented . Originally it was a bed and breakfast with shared shower . There was a great demand for apartments , my mother led the 2005 renovation . The house was constantly rebuilt and renovated . The decor is rather rustic , but also gradually modernized . It was paid attention to cleanliness - this is finally the calling card of the house . I'm always up for a chat and can also give some tips for trips etc...

Die Ferienwohnung hatte ausreichend Platz für unsere große Truppe und war mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wurde. Die Nähe zum Skigebiet hat uns super gefallen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner, entspannter Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder. :-)

Tolle Lage und perfekt für Gruppenreisen!

Liegt direkt an der Ski-Bus Haltestelle; nur 2 Stationen von der Horbergbahn. Wohnung komplett ausgestattet mit Allem was notwendig ist. Preis-/Leistung passt.

Vermieterin ist sehr kooperativ!

Central but quiet location in a suburb of Mayrhofen, near the forest, hiking and walking trails (also in winter) right outside the house, good traditional restaurants in 5min. Walk reachable, train stop 150m, nearest gas station and great shopping at 2km, the center of Mayrhofen 3km, nearest public indoor pool / sauna at 3km


Bus stop right outside the front door (this drive every 30 minutes to both the nearby Horberg, as well as to Penkenbahn and Ahornbahn to Mayrhofen), Horberg, (leading to the ski area Zillertal 3000) at 1km, cross-country trail entrance at 50m distance (when snow conditions), Next skating rink at 3km, 7km long toboggan run on the Gerlosstein in 8km distance, ski school and ski rental directly from the Horberg (1km)


Villages bus stop right outside the front door (runs hourly through all villages in the Zillertal - u Ramsau, Hippach, Schwendau. Mayrhofen) and is designed for guests with guest card, Erlebnisfreibad and Freizeitanlange (Volleyball, fun-court facility, playgrounds, Trampoline etc.) in Hippach about 2 km, cycle paths directly outside the house, playgrounds within walking distance in 3min, climbing of varying difficulty at 2km , starting point of many walks directly in the nearby area.
