That with great attention to detail typical of the country furnished, detached, light-filled house is in a full time sunny, quiet and panoramic position about 2 km south of Cannobio and from the public sandy beach with park. The special charm of this object is, inter alia in the big terrace property with vine pergola where you can admire flowers dreams of azaleas, rhododendrons and other Mediterranean plants. From the house of the two sun terraces and from the garden plot, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the 150 meters from the lake and the opposite mountains, villages and towns. A hiking trail is located directly behind the house. Here it is not difficult to make the ballast of everyday life behind and recharge your batteries for new challenges. Your car can be conveniently located on one of the approximately 100 meters from the house, parking private parking spaces.

Draußen und doch so nah dran

Die Wohnung besticht durch die optimale Lage zwischen Seetrubel und Wanderidylle, alles in 10 - 15 Autominuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die zwei Schlafzimmer bieten genügend Platz und das Wohn- und Eßzimmer haben wir kaum benutzt, da der Südbalkon mit Seeblick und Frischluft ganz klar nach außen lockt. Die Küche funktioniert gut, wobei man das Gekochte dann gleich zum Fenster rausreichen kann, um auf Balkonien zu speisen.

Auch wenn es regnet bleibt dieser zum größten Teil trocken, wenn die Sonne knallt, hilft ein Sonnenschirm.

Die beklagte Tanne der anderen Bewertungen steht nicht mehr, dennoch ist nun wohl ein Nußbaum größer geworden, an dem man rechts und links vorbeischauen kann. 2 Äste stutzen würde die Aussicht deutlich verbessern, sonst kriegt der Baum noch Komplexe, weil jeder ihn sich wegwünscht.

Ich würde die Wohnung auf alle Fälle meinen Freunden empfehlen...

The historic Cannobio is one of the most famous holiday resorts on Lake Maggiore, near the Italian / Swiss border (border town Brissage about 4 km). The picturesque old town invites with its many attractions and shops to stroll and shopping. One among many attractions is the huge Sunday market. The Italian cuisine is presented in all its diversity in numerous restaurants and quaint cafes and bars invite you to linger and relax. The kilometer-long promenade offers a stunning panorama and is equipped with two ports and a public boat dock starting point for explorations on the lake. The Navigazione Lago Maggiore, with its fleet of ships connections to virtually all the major towns on the lake, including the famous Borromean islands to the south (eg. B. Isola Bella and Isola Pescatori). Water sports fans at the park-like, public lawns and sandy beach at their expense.
