We rent our new beach apartment in prime beach front location. The apartment is very luminous and is situated on the ground floor. The apartment counts with a large living room with cosy living area and fireplace. Furthermore you will find a spacious dining area in this part of the apartment. Outside the living room there is a large covered terrace of 35 sq.m, which can be used as second living room almost all year round. Direct access to the private garden and one pool from terrace. So you can always have an eye on your children! Both bedrooms are very spacious and count with wall closets and en-suite bathrooms with underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully fitted. The furniture is new and very upscale, featuring all extras such as air-conditioning (warm/cold), SAT-TV and underground parking. There are two pools on-site with many deck chairs and sunshades. 3 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, so there is no need to hire a car.
Things to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is a typical Spanish town and is situated directly at the Mediterranean coast. The town has preserved its original Spanish character. Here you will find many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, a wide range of shops, a pharmacy, banks, post etc. Every Sunday one of the largest local weekly markets and jumble sales takes place. The nearby Marina de la Duquesa is very intimate and invites you to stay in a cosy atmosphere. Apart from many bars and restaurants there is a hairdresser, a fitness centre, a cleaning service, cybercafés and a business centre.
Things to know about Estepona: This old Spanish town, which over the time has grown into a city, is situated between Marbella and Gibraltar and is one of the very few towns along the coastline, which was able to preserve its own character despite the growing tourism. In the city centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, which is a beautifully laid out meeting point. In its surroundings you will find many shopping facilities in the pedestrian area and in the charming old town. The bull ring of Estepona is also very noteworthy, it was designed following the plans of Salvador Dalí and has a corresponding charisma. There are a number of restaurants from small, typical tapas bars to sophisticated pubs. On Wednesdays and Sundays there are markets. Strolling along the beautiful green promenade, you will arrive at the marina and fishing port.
Further golf informations: The surroundings of Marbella are well known for their large number of golf courses. This is one of the reasons why the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Estepona is called 'Costa del Golf'. Every golfer will find the perfect course to meet their demands. Whether you are a professional golfer or a beginner the area provides varied possibilities for each taste and level. In the immediate vicinity you will find the follwing golf courses: 1. The holiday facility 'La Perla de la Bahia' is situated directly at the beach. The facility was constructed a few years ago in typical Andalusian and Moroccan style. It combines an atmosphere of the past to an ambience of eternity. The facility 'La Perla de la Bahia' is situated between the beaches 'La Galera' und 'Playa Ancha'. The last one was awarded the European Blue Flag for water cleanliness and beach security. The apartment counts with a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea, the rocks of Gibraltar and the coastline of Northern Africa: a perfect residence for amazing vacations. The holiday facility is very spacious and counts with huge tropical gardens with many plants and palm trees. In the middle of those gardens you will find two large swimming pools. Our apartment is situated directly next to one of the pools, so you can always have an eye on your children inside the pool. The main pool, which is situated directly at the beach, is very large. The beach counts with deck chairs, sunshades, changing cubicles and ladies' and gents' cloakrooms. 3 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. A car is not necessary to go out for dinner. Next door there is a beach club of a 5-star hotel! The nearest town, San Luis de Sabanillas, is a traditional Spanish town with extensive infrastructure.
