The 163-square-foot home is located in the village of Lomba on Flores Island - the island of flowers, which was declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. On the upper floor of the house there is a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace open, the kitchen and the guest toilet. From the living room you have access to a 20 sqm terrace with views of the Atlantic.
On the lower floor there are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a laundry room are a washing machine.
The house is over 1000 square meter private garden. Also from the garden you look at the Atlantic. Here you can undisturbed by flowers surround the sun and enjoy the tranquility. With any luck, you pick sweet little island bananas.
3000 years ago, the last time volcanoes were active at this point. They left behind a romantic landscape with still visible Lavafurchen. The black lava stone surrounds and protects the lake baths, forming breathtaking majestic Cliffs, crater lakes and waterfalls are filled with fresh water. The island of Flores is likely to be the most beautiful island of the Azores. Also known as hydrangeas island shines Flores May-October changes in color to the Hortensieblüte. Everything is there - mountains, ocean, forests, clean water and clean air. The plant diversity is incredible, some plants, there is only on this island. A true paradise for active holidaymakers and nature lovers. The island is almost unreal in its unspoiled state. One has to breathe deeply and feel the need to remember that there is such a thing still exists.
The remote location is a challenge for motorists. The path to the house is narrow, ginger tubers can be picked out of the window; but there is a spacious parking space at home. Here we recommend more of a small car.
