Great Condo+Great Private Deck+Gastown= 5 Stars!
We stayed at the apartment in April and the next time we are in Vancouver we will definitely be back at the Gastown rental. It was clean and delightful.
The space was perfect for the 2 of us and the private deck was also an added bonus. Gastown was better than even advertised with dozens of great restaurant choices, coffee shops and wonderful clothing shops popping up everywhere. Nesters was only a couple minute walk from the apartment where we did all of our grocery shopping.
Next time we won't be renting a car!
Great place to stay, access to downtown sites and public transportation
Keith was great! The property was clean, modern, and cozy. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace, the balcony, and roof top patio. Wonderful views of Water Street and the Burrard Inlet looking across to North Vancouver. Great place to set up base camp and enjoy Vancouver by foot, bus and/or train. Lots of shops, coffee shops, restaraunts near by. Highly recommend this spot!
Great Location for exploring Vancouver
Owner Keith met us at the condo even though we arrived around 11 PM. He was super friendly and helpful with information about the area. The condo had everything we needed and was in a perfect location for exploring Vancouver. A car is not necessary as public transportation is a pleasant 5 minute walk from condo. Can't say enough about owner Keith and his property!!!
Beautiful sanctuary in the middle of it all!
I had a wonderful month long stay in Keith's condo in Gastown. The condo was well appointed and the location was great especially for food lovers, coffee lovers and clothing shopping.
The Canada Line is a 5 minute walk from the condo and local transportation is easily accessed. I loved my stay!

A Charming Condo in the Perfect Location
First, Keith was fantastic-- he's friendly, responsive and he really cares about the guest experience. I was visiting for work on wanted to rent a condo for the month. Keith's condo is not only comfortable, it is the perfect location and the patio was an added benefit. I highly recommend this unit based on my experience!
Great five days in Vancouver
If you want to stay in downtown Vancouver and if you want to be close to restaurants, galleries and coffee shops, and if you want to be be steps from public transportation, this is a great place to be. The condo is very well equipped, it is very comfortable, very clean and in a very interesting neighborhood close to downtown Vancouver. The owner, Keith, is very helpful and takes excellent care of the property. We enjoyed our time in Vancouver and in the condo.
5 minute walk to the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre and also only a 5 minute walk to the Canada Line...buses are 30 seconds away from condo. Taxi's are readily available steps from the condo. Gastown was just voted the 4th most stylish neighbourhood in the world!

Check in time: after 4 pm. Check out time: before 11 am. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Remaining rent due 35 days before rental date, plus $99 end of stay cleaning fee. No refund on cancellation within 90 days of rental period. Accept Interac (bank to bank) and credit card as payment (Credit card 3% processing fee).
