The approximately 78 square meters large 3-bedroom apartments in. 3 OG is quietly and conveniently located in the trendy district of Dusseldorf-Unterbilk. It has a large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds and a large, open kitchen adjacent to the living area. Again, there is still a very wide pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. The living room leads to the 8 sqm large south-west balcony.

It has a large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds and a large, open kitchen adjacent to the living area. Again, there is still a very wide pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. The living room leads to the 40 square meter south-west terrace, on the 2nd and 3rd OG you will find a large balcony 8 square meters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer combinations, stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom next to the bathtub even a washing machine.
All conveniences are nearby, as well as a multitude of diverse trendy cafés, pubs and restaurants. The Rhine promenade, very close, invites to take a stroll in the famous old town of Düsseldorf.
The district is connected by bus and train very well with other districts. Also within walking distance to downtown! Various areas are within easy reach, including the luxury shopping street Königsallee (Kings).
For a trip to Cologne and the Ruhr area, you need only 45 minutes.

Peter, the owner, was extremely helpful through from initial enquiry to meeting us on arrival and assisting us during our stay. The apartment itself was ideally located, with great restaurants and bars nearby and a short walk from all the areas we wanted to visit. Everything was spotlessly clean and the location was quiet. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - highly recommended
Our second stay here was just as good as the first.
The owner, Peter Koch, was very helpful before we set off, and extremely flexible about arrival and departure times and last-minute changes to our party.
The flat itself is comfortable, well-equipped and in a very convenient location. It is a short walk from the Media Hafen area and the river, and it takes about 20 minutes on foot to get to the Altstadt.
There is a local train station about five minutes from the apartment which has a direct link to the station, the airport, and towns and cities in the region. Three tram lines run into the town centre from stops that are even closer.
You can buy any food you are likely to need at the Penny supermarket across the road, and the area also has a couple of bakeries, numerous small shops, an ice-cream cafe and several pubs which serve food.
We had a great stay here, enjoying the apartment, its location and - of course - this lovely city.
Lovely apartment with great transport links and close to the main attractions of Dusseldorf
we enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was there to meet us. The apartment is on 3 rd floor and although no lift the stairs are not steep.
The trams are close by and a short walk to underground. There are a lot of small restaurants bakeries and small shops about. Within easy walking distance to rhine.
You can buy your ticket (we bought day tickets) either at machine at church or in newsagents and you just put it into machine to validate when you get on transport.
Dusseldorf is a lovely city with a very easy to use transport network.

We had a very comfortable stay at this very well equipped, modern, spacious, clean appartment. The location is perfect to explore Dusseldorf. The owner is very helpful and reliable.

We stayed here with our two children and it was ideal. The apartment was very clean on arrival and it is all well maintained. The balcony is great for being able to sit or eat out on. It gets the sun in the late afternoon/ evening so we were able to sit out there and enjoy eating dinner. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is large with a good shower. We were met on arrival by Peter who showed us where everything was.
The apartment is opposite a 'Penny' supermarket (open 7am-10pm) and we were able to get most things we wanted there which was very helpful. You can get trams and buses from the stops 2 min walk away, and can easily walk to the harbour area.
Our only comment would be that maybe the kitchen needs some more equipment eg vegetable peeler, pair of kitchen scissors, wooden spoon.
We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Dusseldorf.
Dusseldorf, the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia is situated on the Rhine. The city is a cultural center with numerous museums and theaters. Dusseldorf is famous for its shopping streets around the Königsallee, referred to as "Kö". The Old Town, which likes to be called "the longest bar in the world", draws its visitors with many pubs where the typical city Altbier is served. The Castle Square with Castle Tower is one of the most beautiful places in Germany. From here, the internationally acclaimed Rheinuferpromenade invites you to stroll and offers a wonderful panorama. This goes along the old town with its many historic buildings to creative media port with the representative architecture for new work environments. Dusseldorf is also regarded as fashion and trade fair city. Events such as the Largest Fair on the Rhine, the Japan Day, the Jazz Rally, the Christmas markets or the carnival, attract many international visitors.
