This 2400 sq. ft. home is located on the Narrows in the heart of Greers Ferry.

This waterfront home has easy lake access to the water's edge. We are walking distance to shopping, dining, and more. Directly across from the home you can launch your boat at Lacy's Marina or the Narrows campground. Lacy's Marina has the option to rent a boat, jet ski or rent a boat slip depending on availability. Enjoy a year-round view of the narrows (rain or shine) under two covered patios with comfortable seating for 6 - 10 people. You come to Greers Ferry Lake to enjoy the lake, why not do it from every room in the house with large windows facing the lake and sliding doors off the living room and master bedroom directly out to the upstairs deck. Wake up to a beautiful view of the lake from any of the three bedrooms. Relax at the dining table, cook a meal or just relax in the living room while enjoying a view of the Narrows action. All upstairs rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. At the end of a long day of fun, enjoy the upstairs living room or go downstairs to the media room where you can enjoy a 65" TV with a refrigerator and adjoining bathroom. There is a nice selection of books, games, puzzles, and DVDs for your indoor enjoyment. A conveniently located Redbox is within walking distance. We offer Jenga and corn hole for your outdoor enjoyment; noodles, beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience. The home has a Weber propane grill on the back deck for you to use any time of the day. There is lots of parking in front and in back of the home. There are two one car garages in the back for you to store your water toys while not in use.

Great Spot

Delightful place to watch the 2024 total eclipse from. We stood by the narrows and enjoyed a cloudless sky to view the eclipse. Joy was responsive and took great care of us upon arrival. We'd come back again, for sure!

Wonderful House with great view of the Lake

Everything was wonderful except that the beds were very uncomfortable (too firm). When you take a vacation and can’t get a good nights sleep it affects your whole vacation. I contacted the owners with the issue and hopefully they will invest in some new beds, Otherwise it was great!

The best lakehouse

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it was even better than we remembered! Excellent location, awesome house, couldn’t ask for better!

Great weekend get-away with family

We loved the lake house! We wanted a place on the lake for our family, all adults. The lake house is beautiful. We loved the layout. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and media room and full bathroom downstairs with extra space and lake toys and bumper pool in the garage. Everything was super clean and an easy check in/ check out process. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, groceries and gas if you need them. We cooked all of our meals and used the grill and it worked perfectly. We brought 2 stockpots from home only because we knew we were cooking crab legs but the kitchen was well stocked with everything else! We brought our kayaks and enjoyed going out before sunset and enjoying the calm water and beautiful views. Just a word of warning, the path to the lake is more difficult than we had anticipated. There are rock steps going down for part of the way then rock stepping stones to just loose rock. I have a torn ACL and had to have assistance to navigate it safely and my father-in-law has neuropathy in both of his legs and it was just unsafe for him to attempt the walk. So just keep that in mind when booking. Overall, it was a great experience. We enjoyed it so much that I know we will be back when it is cooler. Oh, we also rented a boat for a day from Lacey’s marina across the lake. They were very nice and helpful and it was a great time.
