The living room fronts on the 3rd green (#1 handicap hole) and looks over the exquisite patio with swimming pool and plantings. The living area has a complete entertainment system with 70' HD television, stereo with surround sound, house-wide speakers, CD/DVD blu-ray. Gourmet kitchen with Kitchen Aid gas range top, diswasher, microwave and Calphalon cookware (all new).
The home is less than 300 m from the Proshop, restaurant and spa. A personal Yamaha GOLF CART is available for guest use. Guests are entitled to use of all Mt. View facilities, including free driving range, practice facility, spa, gym, tennis courts and dining room.
Enjoy serene sleep in the Temperpedic beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The master bedroom has a full King bed and high thread-count linens. The master enjoys a whirlpool tub, full separate shower, his and her sinks and large walk-in closet. A tranquil private garden patio opens to the master bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has desk, phone and convertable queen bed. HD TVs and blu-ray DVD players are provided in the bedrooms.
The home overlooks the 3rd green (#1 handicap hole) of the Championship Arnold Palmer golf course. The patio features a shaded porch,fire pit, designer pool and spa(converted to salt water for skin serenity and avoidance of chlorine irritation) with lush tropical landscaping and flowers.
Daily maid service, shopping and catering available at added fee. State and local taxes additional to basic rental fee.
TRANSFER OF THE GOLF MEMBERSHIP IS PERMITTED BY THE CLUB FOR 4 MO+ RENTALS ONLY. IF TENANT WISHES THE TRANSFER, THE CLUB CHARGES A $750 ONE TIME TRANSFER FEE. THE GOLF DUES UPON THE TRANSFER WILL CONTINUE TO BE PAID BY OWNER.
IF TENANT ELECTS A GOLF MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER, THE GOLF DUES WILL BE ADDED TO THE MONTHLY RENTAL AMOUNT.

Mt. View has the most friendly, warm people in the desert. The Palmer course is fair and a delight to play. The food and drinks at the Club are excellent. The golf staff are on a first name basis with all the Mt. View owners and guests and very attentive.
Home is just a short walk from the clubhouse. Saves the other spouse a drive to drop-off.

Summer visitors can make the home a base for visiting San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Angeles National Forest, Palm Springs Tramway. Saves on expensive hotels, great for kids
Winter seasonal leases with a golf transfer are a minimum of 4 months.
