Or, take the sun or a dip at the three community pools, the largest just a 2 minute stroll from the townhouse; or relax under the ceiling fan in a rocking chair on the screened porch. You'll have a wonderful, relaxing holiday!

Arrangements:: Our property is individually owned, it is our second home. We do not have any other rental properties. As we can't be there in case of questions or issues, we enlist the aid of a local property manager for your convenience: getting and returning keys and parking and pool passes, answering your questions, calling for service if anything breaks. We think it helps you and us equally (they charge a small processing fee with the rental agreement). We will answer all your questions about the property. Once you decide to rent from us, the property manager will handle all the details. Thanks!

We are long-time residents of Washington, DC. This is our second home, which we love! It is the only property we rent out. We have been listing on HomeAway and VRBO since 2002. We have been spending time together in Rehoboth since 1998.

We love the location close to town, but in a quiet and attractive community (Eagles Landing). The setting is green and calm, and our unit is only a one-minute walk from the tennis courts and community pool. This is our second home, our beach getaway.
Near town, but away from the bustle. Quiet, green and pleasant development with plenty of trees and just far enough from busy Route 1, but close enough to be in downtown Rehoboth or at the beach or outlets in just a few minutes. Spacious and comfortable, especially since we added the screened porch, our favorite place to relax. End unit twinhome with lots of light. We think we have the nicest garden in the development, too! 3 community pools. Main pool and tennis courts are right outside our door.
This townhouse has everything one needs for comfort and ease of access to all that Rehoboth Beach has to offer.
we brought our two adult children and their spouses,,and a grandchild from each family,,,there was ample room for all, with private baths for each family,,and diaper space for the pee-wees,,,
pool close but not noisy,,good parking right up against the house,,easy shopping,,food and otherwise,,,bathrooms modern and excellent condition,,,great use of washer and dryer in kitchen area,,,fantastic screened porch with bbq gas grill for nearly daily use,,,owners very helpful and gave some great advice,,,need more hangers in closets,,
nice kitchen appliances,,and lots of couch space,,,tvs need some new flat panels with dvr capacity,,

2 Kendall Lane is a lovely place to stay. The bedrooms met the needs of everyone, the kitchen, living and dining rooms are well placed, and it is right by the pool and tennis courts. We used the sunroon often as well. It is also walking distance to a goodfish restaurant and others. We had seveal days of A/C malfunction which wasn't fun, but the owners were very responsive and had the repairman come prompty whenever it happened until it was fixed.
Very comfortable vacation home - quick drive to beach and had no problem parking with parking passes mid-morning (we purchased one for the week also)....great pool/tennis courts across the street. Very clean - perfect for my husband and me, our two daughters/husbands and two grandsons ages 2-1/2 and 1-1/2.... felt like home. WONDERFUL SCREENED SUN PORCH!
Owners provide fast responses to questions about the home and realtor was helpful about best places to park at the beach.

The house was great. It looked exactly like the pictures. The owners provided everything they promised and then some. The location is perfect. Less than a mile from the outlets, about a mile from the beach, and steps from the pool. The parking pass provided is also very useful and will save you a lot of money (be sure to grab a parking and walking guide from the realtor or the visitor's center downtown ). Our Aunt has trouble walking so this was great because there was a master bedroom on the first floor and the pool was so close. The Big Fish Grill is walking distance and it is amazing, a real seafood lover's dream! We had a great time and will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Rehoboth.
We were extremely pleased with this townhouse. It was well located, had all the amenities we needed, and was "unfussy" -- a real plus for families with young children.
We are very close to town, beach, restaurants and outlet shopping, just West of Route 1 (behind the Big Fish Grill). Rehoboth Beach's beautiful sand beaches, charming shopping lanes, and famous boardwalk are just about one mile away. Close to the outlet malls and great shopping on Route 1, many wonderful restaurants and family activities. Golf is not far, and 3 community pools and tennis are right in our community of Eagles Landing. 3 parking spaces plus one parking pass for town. Charming Lewes and fun-filled Dewey and Bethany Beaches are minutes away.

We do not process payments through HomeAway because of additional fees. We use our local managerment company, which also handles check-in, keys, emergencies, etc. They charge a non-refundable $75 processing fee. There is a 2.25% surcharge for payment by credit card. A $50 non-refundable damage insurance waiver covers the first $500 of damage (in lieu of security deposit), also offered by our local management company, not HomeAway/VRBO/Vacationrentals. If you do not take the damage insurance, we require a $500 cash damage security, refundable upon verification of the condition of the property after checkout. No additional local tax is charged for the rental. The $75 processing and $50 damage waiver are non-refundable, and in addition to the basic rental rate. $100 cleaning fee for stays of less than one week. There is not additional tax, because we are West of Route 1.
