The privately-gated entrance with landscaped gardens and fountain precedes a warm welcome through solid entrance doors. They frame exquisite, elevated views of the fabulous waterway leading out to the Bay of Islands, and featuring the world-famous 'Hole In The Rock' - Cape Brett.
A beautifully proportioned home, the chic, spacious interiors are enhanced by the design of the property to create a stylish waterfront retreat.
The sublime outdoor environment is pure paradise, overlooking the Bay of Islands. The large, azure-blue infinity pool is the centre-piece of an expansive Mediterranean-inspired space. The choices are multiple - swim or float on one of several inflatable loungers? Recline under the umbrella pool-side with guests on the chic outdoor furniture? Relax in the spa pool? Warm up in the pool-side sauna? Retreat to the upper-level deck with further outdoor furniture and shade? Whichever it is - you will always enjoy the breath-taking views and sunshine.
The open-plan kitchen with scullery and dining area opens onto the upper-level patio overlooking the pool, as does the high-stud main interior lounge (featuring state-of-the-art Bang and Olufsen audio system and CD collection).
The top-level fully-appointed bar features a fully built-in drinks fridge, audio/ video system, pool table and table tennis, lounge seating which leads out to yet another outdoor deck above the pool and vista.
To the east, the enormous, lushly carpeted private master wing is wrapped in a deck overlooking the ocean views. The wall-to-floor glass sliding doors offer an exquisite view every morning as the sun rises on the ocean horizon.**Please note that there is a tenanted apartment adjoining the property. No parking on the left hand side of the driveway, to allow access for tenant.

We expect our valued guests would respect our home as they would their own, by leaving it in the same condition as when they arrived.
The cleaning fee pays for a light clean andamp; washing the linens. If you leave a mess and it takes the cleaners more than we consider to be reasonable to clean up, you will be charged extra cleaning rate of $35NZD per hour.
Ensure all rubbish is in rubbish bags.
