Number 16 is one of the oldest homes in Greytown. Originally built in 1875 and expanded in the early 1900s, it retains a wealth of original character whilst recent renovations provide all the required modern day comforts.
The house comfortably accommodates 7 in 4 bedrooms. There is one full bathroom, recently renovated, as well as two additional en-suite WCs.
The modern, open plan kitchen diner has a wood burner for those Winter evenings and French doors that open to the outdoor dining area for al-fresco meals.
The living room and master bedroom feature French doors that open to the North facing verandah - perfect for that morning cup of coffee in the sun.
Outside there are flat lawns for the kids to run around and a variety of outdoor games - including a full-size table tennis table in the garage.
Free unlimited internet access is available throughout the house and a smart TV, DVD player and selection of books and board games are provided in case the weather is not too flash.
