Urbany Nest is a free-standing development, offering full privacy with separate entrance, private garden and OSP.

The entrance leads you to the 1st chalet; the main bedroom.

Across the deck, the 2nd chalet is the main living area which includes a mezzanine bed and built-in couch that converts to a 4th bed.

A conservatory style kitchen leads off the living area. Look above and take in the views of our giant Pohutukawa. And a few steps away is the bathroom in the 3rd chalet.

Complete with LED Smart TV with Netflix and free Wifi.

Located in a sought after area, it’s proximity to beaches, restaurants and cafes, makes it an ideal location for all types of travelers.

Access to the property is through a remote controlled security gate. Guests will have access to the gate via remote control.

We live and work onsite. Urbany Nest is completely separate and self accessible. Any communication needs to be via mobile or email and we will arrange to meet as required.

300 metres to Howick Beach and Howick Village. The Village provides cafes, restaurants, supermarket, library, info centre, gymnasium, movie theatre, art gallery and Saturday markets.

Buses run regularly from the Village to Auckland City, Botany Town Centre, Manukau City, Panmure Train Station and Half Moon Bay Marina.

Auckland City and Auckland International Airport are a 30 minute drive.

Beautifully maintained property, very clean, secure parking, great location to beaches and walking distance to village. We had a small issue in kitchen when it rained, I spoke to Kirsty and she was getting it seen to. Kirsty was very accommodating and eager to make sure we were comfortable.
