Expansive 220° views spanning Lake Wanaka and mountains all the way over to Hawea Flat. This is also only one of a few properties situated on the northern (sun facing) slopes of Mt Iron, providing generous natural sunlight along with some of the best views available in Wanaka. Soak in the sun sets in the outdoor hot-tub before enjoying a red around the outdoor (or indoor) fire! With 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom on each level, this house could accommodate two families with their own space.
We want our guests to enjoy their stay in our house in Wanaka. In addition to the unparalleled views, we have added comforts including generous outdoor living areas, an orchard, hot tub, 50" 4k UHD smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and modern tiled bathrooms. From welcome to departure we hope you will be comfortable in this house - designed to withstand some of the most extreme climates that Central Otago has (-10°C/14°F in winter to 30°C/86°F in summer).
Guests have full access to the indoor and outdoor areas, including: Outdoor hot-tub **please notify us if you will use the hot-tub during your stay BBQ Outdoor fireplace Outdoor dining table (8 seats) Indoor wood-burner Indoor dining table (6 seats) 4G wireless broadband (wifi) included Espresso machine Washer and dryer Kids bikes (if they are working) One cupboard located off the family bedroom is locked with cleaning equipment inside.
Located within a rural-residential zoned area, section sizes are a minimum of 4800sqm/1.2acres. Aubrey Road is a peaceful part of Wanaka just withdrawn enough from the hustle of the tourist centre that is Wanaka township.

Guests should wash their own dishes and keep the property reasonably clean andamp; tidy.
If you would like to use the hot-tub, please let us know before arrival. You will be responsible for adding chlorine for longer stays.

We absolutely loved this house.
We absolutely loved this house. It's a delightful space for stays with family or friends. Lots of bedrooms and well laid out communal spaces for cooking dinner, relaxing and enjoy the remarkable views! We were there in the warmer months and fell in love with their outdoor area, so lovely. I want to go back in winter to sit around that fire! Located about 5 minutes drive from downtown Wanaka, it was very easy to jump into town for dinner or to a store. A terrific spot that we truly enjoyed.
This house is amazing!
This house is amazing! The location is fantastic - close to Wanaka but away from the summer crowds and with a beautiful view looking over the lake. We had a great time relaxing in the large living spaces, cooking in the spacious kitchen, using the hot tub and enjoying dinner on the patio out the back. Our group of 10 fit comfortably into the house. The air conditioning worked really well in the hot weather. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying in Wanaka - we can't wait to go back
