We loved staying here.
We loved staying here. First night was really windy but hosts were considerate and even offered for us to get shelter inside but it was all part of the experience. The setting was gorgeous and very relaxing. Especially with the use of the spa.
Very comfortable, immaculate bach in a quiet location, but close to amenities.

The property was spotless and beautifully set out, with nice extra touches (chocolate on the bedside tables, a variety of teas and coffee available, for example). We were very comfortable, warm, and would have happily stayed longer than the night. The location was delightful, Jen and Grant's garden is amazing - love to see it in summer - and there was plenty of space. Cheaper than a motel, and far superior! The bathroom is small, but that didn't matter to us; the shower is great.
A great property for a couple or single person.
A great property for a couple or single person. Apoealing surrounds and decor and comphy bed. Short walk to bakery, great fish and chips and supermarket. Can't fault it.
Great bedroom, plenty of space and beautifully decorated.
Great bedroom, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Nice view over the cottage garden. No TV but ok for one night stay. We used the kitchen to make tea but it was equipped to make meals (including the fresh herbs/veges from Jen's garden!). The shower and toilet were in a very tight space. Maybe the kitchen could have been smaller to allow for more bathroom space but it was still functional. Limited choices for food in area, went to Hawera for dinner. Overall nice stay on our road trip!
