Top Chicago location, steps to Michigan Ave, John Hancock building observatory, and Water Tower Place; as well as Chicago River and Lake Michigan Boat tours. Within 2 blocks of Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Walgreen's. Great restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets at your doorstep. Two blocks to Red Line train station.
We spent the month of November here and had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable, clean and fully equipped for all of our needs. The in condo washer/dryer was an added plus. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect with transportation, shopping, and restaurants just steps from the condo. There was also a great view from both the living room and the bedroom. I would definitely stay here again when in Chicago and have no reservation in recommending the condo to anyone planning a visit to Chicago.
John and Reenie are great landlords. They responded to all questions or concerns quickly. The unit was very clean when I arrived. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, utensils and glassware. Owner just installed new washer/dryer combo which made my stay even more convenient. Literally Two blocks from Michigan ave and LOTS of restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing. Whole Foods! Trader Joes within 2 blocks. Nice workout room and patio for hanging out I hate having to leave a day early for prior commitment
The unit was perfect for our stay in Chicago. Very clean and organized, and the owners were quickly responsive and considerate to all our needs. We would highly recommend this rental to all. We expect to be back with family in 2015 and again will call Reenie and John as soon as we know dates. Thank you for making November a wonderful month.
The property was located exactly where we wanted to stay. The building was clean and had a great workout room. The concierge
staff was accommodating and very friendly. The apartment, itself, was clean and had all the amenities, as described. We also had a peking space behind the building, which was an added bonus. John and Reenie, the owners, were easy to get ahold of and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
Perfect River North/Gold Coast location. Put on your walking shoes and enjoy all the restaurants, cultural institutions and retailers in the area. The owners maintain a lovely apartment and are accommodating to their guests' needs. We've rented the apartment three times and are looking forward to a fourth time next year.
My stay here lasted eight weeks - July-August 2013. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The building is in a prime location, close to grocery stores, shopping centres and the subway. The amenities are second to none. Most nights I enjoyed the outdoor BBQ and on weekends I enjoyed the pool. The condo was spotless and truly had everything I needed and more for my extended stay. All appliances were in excellent working order, wifi was fast, a/c in two rooms was also very convenient. The owners didn't miss a beat. They provided clear instructions on how to find things and even had a binder with tips on where to eat. I should also note that as a female staying there alone, I felt incredibly safe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone. It's fantastic.
