Located in Lake Hawea this 4 bedroom A-Frame house is the perfect place for a family holiday for gazing out over the lake, or for more action with hiking, fishing, walking, boating, and biking all on your doorstep.

The open plan dining and lounge area have spectacular uninterrupted views of Lake Hawea and the surrounding mountains. With a large deck off the lounge room it is a great spot to sit back and enjoy the views or for alfresco dining.

Three bedrooms are situated up stairs and the 4th room plus second bathroom is located on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need or head outside for a BBQ, and alfresco dining.

Located within walking distance from the house is a shop, restaurant,(Sailz fish and chips are famous throughout NZ)

family friendly pub, tennis courts, lawn bowls and the lake.

Wanaka township is only a 15 minute drive away and 3 major ski fields are only 45 minutes away.

The fenced backyard has plenty of room for a game of backyard cricket. Through a gate there is a path that leads from the backyard down to lake edge.
