Best Value in Cape Cod
Best value on the cape. Our 4th year was just as good as the 1st. The house has everything you need and is minutes away from everything. Looking forward to year 5 here next July!
Lovely area to stay in, close to the main road, and all the beaches. Wellfleet is a very charming town on the cape and easily walkable. Be sure to take the nature walk on Uncle Tim's bridge but wear pants, ticks abound in the grass. Dinner was an adventure and delicious every night.
A very enjoyable and relaxing vacation week.
The house was in a perfect location to beaches, Main street, restaurants and everything else you'd want to do in and around Wellfleet. The house is well equipped for all your needs on vacation. The house was clean and ready to be used on arrival. The owners were very responsive to all the questions I had and could easily be reached on any given day. I would definitely stay again.
It is gratifying to hear you enjoyed your stay...we aim to please! Glad our tips were helpful...hope you join us again. :=)
This is a lovley, comfortable cottage. Well appointed with everything you might need. It is in a quiet, convenient location, close to beaches and ponds and to Wellfleet center. We enjoyed every minute of our week stay. I would recommend this rental for a couple or a family.
Very happy to hear that you had such a great time. It was a pleasure to have you as guests; please join us again!
Quintessential Cape Code Cottage
This little gem has everything one could need for a perfect Wellfleet get away. We have stayed here as a family with 2 teenaged girls, and this year we visited as first time empty nesters. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The outside shower is lovely after a long day at the beach. The owners are very easy to work with and are accommodating. We are already excited for our 2017 visit.
We are always so happy to hear that our tenants had a wonderful stay! We strive to make our home feel like your own. Pleased to hear we hit the mark and you plan on joining us once again! Thank you!
Just what we were looking for!
We love the access to Wellfleet beaches and the proximity to town. Spacious and comfortable living room; kitchen well stocked (lobster pots were appreciated); bedrooms were cozy and clean. The screened in porch was great for nightly appetizers and rest after busy days. The outdoor shower was refreshing. Quiet neighborhood. We will be back!
Bring your boogie boards or just relax on the Oceanside beaches of Newcomb Hollow, Cahoon Hollow, White Crest, and Maguire's Landing, all a short ride from this comfortable vacation home. For the more adventurous, try surfing at any of the town beaches or hang gliding at White Crest Beach. Be sure to treat your eyes to the magnificent surf and dunes of Marconi Beach, owned and maintained by the National Seashore.
Equally convenient are the spring-fed kettle ponds of Duck, Long, Gull and Great Pond, where families can enjoy windsurfing, canoing, sailing, or swimming in the gentle, clear freshwater. Rent a sailboat, kayak, or paddle boat at Gull Pond or just enjoy its sandy bottom beach and swimming float. Take a short drive to the bay side of town where the more tranquil, warmer waters are popular with families with small children. Pack a picnic dinner and head to Duck Harbor where you will you catch one of the Cape's beautiful bay sunsets.
Golf: Nine holes or mini golf are local options from this comfy Wellfleet haven. The course at Wellfleet 's Chequessett has two sets of tees for 18 hole play with fabulous views of Cape Cod Bay. It also offers both Novapro artificial turf and asphalt tennis courts. Golf at the Highland Golf Links in Truro is oceanfront golf at its finest.
