The holiday home boasts a central location, the cozy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings - embedded in a rural structure and surrounded by the Alps of Carnia region. The ideal accommodation for families and small groups who know how to appreciate the finer details of the apartment. Outside the door of the Langlauflloipe and bike path. A few minutes Nassfeld ski area. The Presseger lake is accessible by bike soon. The apartment offers maximum comfort with two bedrooms, a relaxation room (extra bed on request) and a large bedroom. We are happy to set up a nursery with a toy. The kitchen with a cozy seating area and views into the woods invites you to linger. The wood fireplace in the hall provides a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast available on request - daily fresh eggs straight from the stable - fresh seasonal vegetables from the garden. Our guests can consume in the prestigious city tavern Bärenwirt à la carte and set menu at a special price. The region offers numerous Freizeitmöglicheiten

"Stop in and feel good" - that is our motto. The holiday apartment is situated south of the center located at the edge of the forest because of its central location provides the optimal composition: nocturnal night peace, nature and close to the old town. Approximately 100 square meters offers maximum comfort and Recreation, in which up to 4 people can relax and unwind. The living room with big sitting Coach invites you to enjoy a good movie (satellite TV, video available) or a glass of wine. The directly adjoining room is intended as a relaxation area with a selection of books with a direct view of the Spitzegel. This can easily fix up a separate bedroom with a pull-out bed (5th Person). If you enjoy cooking, this is in our fully equipped kitchen a pleasure. 4-plate stove with a kettle to the coffeemaker's all there. The built-in seating area provides ample space with a direct view into the forest. For later evening hours you can watch our deer that like to go by. On arrival, you will find a small welcome basket. The crackle of our wood fire in the lobby provides soothing mood and pleasant atmosphere. Directly adjacent to the entrance hall is the second bedroom with two single beds. This is also popular as children - use youth room. Of course you can also push together the beds. The large double bedroom is opposite the bathroom. With a large glass shower wall and modern furniture - a small but nice spa. The apartment is newly renovated and very recently opened to the holiday rental. All rooms are tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Our guests (our family) consume culinary delights at a preferential rate to 21 00 clock in the prestigious city tavern Bärenwirt.

A lovely flat with easy access

This is a lovingly decorated, quirkily laid out, spacious flat set in the beautiful Gailtal valley, at the edge of the village of Hermagor, and very close to the lovely Pressegger lake. The centre of Hermagor and a super market are within walking distance. Despite it being in a populated area, the views from the flat are quite remarkable. The landlady and her family, who live above, are very nice, welcoming and helpful -- as evidenced by the home-made jam and eggs that were waiting for us when we arrived! All in all we would recommend this property.

Some points to improve

The house is located near the OMV fuel station (more or less 80m) and I had some trouble to find it. The GPS position indicated isn't precise enough.

The more appreciated point (by the children) was a very big trampoline in the garden.

The owner was kind (and she speaks a fluent English) but, sometimes, I had some problems in contacting her.

The position is quiet and, despite the road and the fuel station, we slept quite well.

The equipment of the kitchen is complete but some more dishes and glasses could be added for a better comfort.

Points to improve

1) Better evidence that an extra fee is applied for persons > 4. I didn't understand this.

2) There are some spots of humidity in the corridor and in the bathroom and so you have to manage the air change in these rooms.

3) There are hives in the garden. The bees don't seem to be so dangerous but you have to pay a minimum attention.

4) There's not a frozen-food cellar in the fridge.

5) The floor isn't at the same level in all the rooms.

6) The house is clean but it could be better (in our previous holidays in Austria the houses always exceeded my expectations and so I was used to an high-level standard). Some dust under the beds, some small spiders in the corners.
