You don't get views like this every day! This modern three level bach features two generous living areas with expansive rural views on one side and sea views the other. Three decks mean you can chase or hide from the weather and choose your preferred outlook. Spacious and well equipped, this bach offers easy living with a traditional relaxed, bach feel. A creek at the bottom of the driveway means you can grab the kayak and paddle down to the beach. Less than four minutes amble to the beach, the top floor views mean you can check out the state of the sea before venturing out. Upstairs is all living with fireplace, ample lounge space, dining and fully equiped kitchen with modern appliances plus an additional fridge in the basement area for overflow. The next level has a second living area which opens out onto a deck with the amazing rural outlook plus three double bedrooms, master with ensuite plus the main bathroom. Master bedroom and one other have queen sized beds, the third bedroom a double bed and kids bunk set. Sleeps 6 adults and two children comfortably. Basement level offers generous garaging or boat storage plus laundry.

Special conditions:

Strictly no smoking. Minimum 2 nights, 20% non-refundable deposit required (refund available if alternative tenants found). $300 bond and cleaning fee of $90 compulsory

Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$90.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Excellent floor plan for 6 adults (plenty of space to spread out).

Excellent floor plan for 6 adults (plenty of space to spread out). Having 2 deck was great as you could close one side if it was too windy but still have air flow. The hammock on the deck with a good book is true luxury.

We loved this place, very easy to find. We loved the fact that we could see green mountains and cows on one side. My three year old daughter was very entertained by this. The place was so spacious for our two families that stayed here. We wished that we had stayed longer and seriously did not want to go back to work! The place was situated in a good spot and we walked practically everywhere. We shall return!!! Thanks heaps Sarah and Michael
