About this property

Imagine yourself on South Padre Island walking on the beach in the morning as the sun rises and enjoying the incredible South Padre Island sunsets from your patio and private balcony at night. This condo is located directly on the Laguna Madre Bay in a complex only a 2 block walk to the beach.

The dining room and balcony both have great views of the Laguna Madre Bay. You can swim in the bay front pool or relax in the hot tub while overlooking the bay. This fourth-floor condo accommodates up to 6 overnight guests comfortably. Tastefully furnished throughout, with dual master suites and with TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, it is perfect for two couples or a family.

You will be just a short distance to all the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped. There is also a community BBQ area near the pool. A washer and dryer and covered parking add convenience. Boat slips are available on on a first come, first serve basis. Whether you enjoy the tranquil bay or the surf and sand, (or both!) this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island Getaway!

Nice Condo

Lots of space and nice fishing pier. Well equiped condo. Carts available to get your groceries and luggage up yo your condo. Only concern was that they were pulling up tile in the main corridor and it was noisy and dusty during the day.

Padre Fishing

Great location and comfortable place to stay. Fishing off the Jetty didn’t disappoint. Sheepshead were as challenging as always but we managed to bring some home on the plane. Look forward to next year.

Quick trip

Went down to Padre for a few days to scout and fish and found the condo to be the perfect spot after a day on the water. The boat slip was perfect and out of the wind. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and have no complaints.
