Zeer mooie locatie. Grindweg naar huisje (best niet via Morra komen --> moeilijker bereikbaar en langere grindweg. Eigenaar kan bijna uitsluitend Italiaans dus soms moeilijk voor gesprekken mee te voeren als jezelf geen Italiaans kunt.

Hele mooie en rustige omgeving, jammer genoeg afgelegen. Reken op zeker 40 minuten naar Cortona. Laatste kilometers naar het huis grintweg. Spanning schommelt op het platteland tussen 190-230V, opladen van een EV kan maar beperkt tot 7 Ampere. Stopcontact vlot bereikbaar aan het zwembad.
