All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The large new dining table offers comfortable seating. This beautiful home offers a newly renovated twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The nautical-themed bunk room features a curtain partition for privacy, wall-mounted flat screen DVD player, quality themed bedding, storage, and decor. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and BLU-RAY DVD player. There is a newly decorated half bath off the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, cozy sitting area, private bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. Waterscape A613 is conveniently located near the elevator and pool area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
