not what we expected

We had issues with not only the property but the agent in charge of the listing. We told him on arrival that the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and it did not get fixed. We did not have any paper towels, wash cloths, and only 3 coffee cup . I email the agent and asked for a discount and did not agree and then stated that "requesting a discount and threatening to write a bad review if not delivered is unprofessional on your end". That is not the way you take care of clients that are renting property. We have done VRBO all of the time and the couple that was with us has property in VRBO and their property is always just like you would be staying in your own home and they were also not impressed with the whole experience. With all of the properties that we have stayed in before this was the least favorable experience.

Funny to say my job is also my hobby, I guess thats what makes the job so easy for me right? lol.

Why they chose this property

This actually used to be a personal rental property. When the tenants left in 2019 I had been hosting another location for about 3 months now and really liked the idea of it. I thought this was the perfect home for it due to it being minutes away from some of the biggest entertainment districts here in Arizona. Some of those entertainment districts include West Gate, Our beloved Arizona Cardinals Stadium, Coyotes Stadium, Tanger Outlets, Arrowhead Mall, Gila River Arena, Top Golf, Dave and Busters, Main Event, and the new Desert Diamond Casino. Which are all just minutes away.

What makes this property unique

The main benefit of this vacation home is the location!!! It's perfect for all age groups and near many great entertainment and tourist districts that are a must see! Very quiet and safe neighborhood.
