Fantastic, Family Friendly, Centrally Located Apartment.
About Sara Wilson
We have debated about what to put here. Options have included: (1) The truth My husband fell in love with La Manga after going on 'away for work' weeks after I gave birth to our twins. He came back with a property and now I have to rent it! (2) Comedy We are deeply devoted to the lifestyle provided by La Manga Club and want to invite you to join our cult. Come and visit. Don't be scared!! (3) A mixture of the two We do, genuinely, love La Manga and are lucky enough to have this apartment. We are happy to be able to share it with others having spent several, very happy, family holidays (with the aforementioned twins- now 6 years old!) here. Happy Holidays!
What makes this Apartment unique
-This is one of the few properties in Los Olivos with three bathrooms. -The only adjoining property is below, thus allieviating neighbouring noise. -The apartment has the benefit of being a 2 minute walk from the pretty Bellaluz Sqaure, which is incredibly family friendly and home to shops, bars and restaurants. -Not many properties are lucky enough to have such an expansive rooftop solarium offering all year round sunshine and views across the resort. -There is a heated indoor pool, which allows guests to enjoy year round swimming.

Lovely location within La Manga club. Newly fitted bathrooms and the property has 3!
Minimalistic but functional.
The apartment is very well furnished. The bathrooms and bedrooms are a great size. The location is right across from the tennis centre. Shops and restaurants very easy to walk to. I would highly recommend.
los Olivios at La Manga
The apartment was absolutely perfect and ideally located near to all the amenities. I have no negative comments and found the accommodation to be without fault

Amazing break away!
Such a beautiful apartment, in a fantastic central resort location. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were real treat and we loved the private sun terrace. Will definitely return.
Clean modern apartment well positioned for Bellaluz square and tennis courts
Large well apportioned accomodation with smart newly finished bathrooms
Lovely Apartment with excellent winter sun
Had a great stay, lovely apartment which gives plenty of winter sun. Lovely views over Bellaluz and the complex. Apartment had everything you needed and plenty of room. Contact with the owner, Sara, was excellent and prompt. Thank you.
There is 10-pin bowling at the new 'Parque Mediterraneo', just outside Cartagena, where you will also find superb shopping including large branches of Carrefour, Leroy Merlin and Casa. Also in attentence are the usual fast-food outlets such as McDonalds, Pizza Hut and 'Mr. Wok's' (Asian restaurant) which offers great value for money.
During the summer months. the La Manga strip area comes alive with an array of excellent restaurants, bars and nightclubs open until the early hours with people coming from miles around to experience the varied nightlife. La Manga Club itself gets busier but is still relaxed and in no way as lively as the 'strip'.
Cabo de Palos, at the start of the pennisula and just a 15 drive from La Manga Club, changes from a sleepy fishing village by day to a bustling selection of clubs and pubs at night with music to suit all.
The Puerto Bello area, just after the start of the La Manga strip, offers pubs with German or English ambience in plentiful supply where you can play darts or drink any type of imported beer, and enjoy live music.
Another interesting area is Plaza Bohemia at the 3-4km mark which has an atmosphere all of its own with a night time market during the summer months taking place every night, surrounded by pubs and tapas bars.
Finally, everyone visits "El Zoco Alcazaba" at the 4-4.5km mark where things really start to come alive in the early hours of the morning with its incredible choice of bars and music for those able to handle the pace. One club remains open until 8am - just in time for breakfast!
Outside La Manga Club, and aside from the club's private beach La Cala, there are numerous other lovely beaches within 10-20 minutes drive from the club. Most beaches surround the Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt water lagoon, which boasts over 170 square kilometres of shallow warm water that is divided from the open Mediterranean by a long narrow peninsula (the 'strip' or 'sleeve').
The peninsula itself is 21km long so it's always possible to find a sheltered cove away from the crowds. Most beaches offer facilities including sunbeds, parasols and a shop to buy something to eat or drink. The beaches are clean and family friendly and offer a great a day out for those wishing to venture outside La Manga Club.
As an alternative and for a more Spanish feel, the nightlife in Murcia is typically Mediterranean with late dinner, authentic music and a wide variety of restaurants. Although not as close as the La Manga strip, it may be worthwhile taking a day trip here followed by dinner and a stroll around the ancient city.
You can explore large areas of Spain from the central location offered by the resort. Guests have visited Murcia, Alicante, Benidorm, Valencia, Malaga, Almeria, Granada, and many other local towns and cities using La Manga Club as their base.
The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is just a 3.5 hour drive from the club and is open from October through to late April or May meaning one day, you can be skiiing and the next, sat by the pool in temperatures hitting the mid -twenties!
