This newly renovated (2021) single-level house in downtown Oak Bluffs is perfect for your island getaway. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a cozy backyard with an outdoor shower. The large porch overlooks the backyard, perfect for games and family BBQs. Inside is an open-concept space with a new kitchen, dining area, and living room.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
— ROOM 1: Queen bed, sleeps 2.
— ROOM 2: King bed, sleeps 2.
— ROOM 3: Bunk Bed (Double & Twin Bed), sleeps 3

GREAT FOR GROUPS OF FAMILY & FRIENDS:
The house is a great place to host a family or group of friends!
— Sip cocktails on the porch while kids play football in the front yard.
— Host a dinner party or BBQ in the backyard.
— Grilling, drinking, sun, watching sports….we have you covered.

PETS: We charge a $25 fee per night per pet. Otherwise, no pets are allowed at the house per the lease. Properly documented service animals (not support animals) are allowed per Airbnb policy and also per prevailing laws. The fee helps us defray the cost of additional cleaning.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but is a quick walk to downtown Oak Bluffs. Guests can take a stroll through the famous Oak Bluffs Gingerbread houses and Tabernacle to get to Circuit Ave and the Harbor. No car is needed at this house!

Family friendly

Bright, clean, comfortable and excellent location. Made our stay amazing and the little one got to watch her favorite tv program Cry Babies. Wonderful not to have to make beds when we got there. The outside shower was amazing. Great for after the beach.

Private, quiet retreat

Excellent location, close to Oak Bluffs (~5-10 minute walk) but far enough away to be in a quiet residential area, also close to many art galleries. All furnishings, amenities, etc. were as described in listing, outdoor shower was a nice addition. We felt very comfortable staying there as a small family, not too much indoor space for larger families or gatherings but has substantial deck and yard for outdoor living space. Loved that it was pet-friendly and we were able to bring pets on vacation! Owners were very quick with their responses to our inquiries. Would recommend for a small family or couples.

Great Location, Cozy, & Comfortable

We loved our stay. The porch, the dirt road, the updated kitchen, very clean, comfortable, and cozy living areas/bedrooms were just right. We also loved the proximity and scenery during walk to Oak Bluffs town center.

Great location/comfortable home

We spent two weeks at this house. The location was great, an easy walk to the downtown area (restaurants and shopping), 1 block from a cluster of art galleries, a couple blocks away from Tony’s Market and in a nice neighborhood for walking your dog. The house had all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable. We visited in early August so it got a little hot some nights but each room had a ceiling fan. One fan was pretty loud which made it a little hard to sleep. Great back yard with a grill and deck and lots of furniture. There weren’t lights on the deck so it was pretty dark at night but we just purchased a lantern and it was fine. It’s a wonderful space for dogs. The yard is not enclosed so having a long leash to tie your dog up may be helpful. We would stay here again.

Awesome little home, perfect location.

Walking distance to downtown oak bluffs. Everything you would need for a very comfortable stay in the home. Definitely Hoping to return soon!
