A wonderful apartment
This apartment is perfect for being close to the best Antwerp City Center has to offer. I specifically came for the Christmas Market and was very happy with my stay. The apartment is very well equipped with great open space. The bed is quite comfortable. All of the major attractions are within easy walking distance. I even walked back to Central Station when I left - about 20 minutes. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you Martine!
A perfect home base
We had a lovely 6 nights at this apartment.
Martine was a pleasure to work with and very helpful and informative.
Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable.
It can be a bit noisy at night with students from nearby University coming home, but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't fix.
This was the perfect location to explore the city! A very central location with cafes, markets and everything we need nearby. We even walked to the train station several times.
We highly recommend this cozy apartment!

Very well equipped loft style apt only a short walk from Meir St for restaurants and shopping.
It was a lovely loft and very comfortable. Martine was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to meet. The apt is right inside the main door of the building at street level so easy to move our luggage in and out. Parking on the street is tough but there is a parking garage a few blocks away - €18 for 24hrs at the time of our visit. Train station was a 15-20 minute walk but very easy to do.
Would recommend this property to a couple or family with 1 child.
Good spot, very well run, in a good location
I stayed in this apartment for 10 days while working in Antwerp, and found the situation to be ideal. Martine could not be more responsive and helpful, and the apartment is clean, comfortable and pleasant. It is simply furnished, without a lot of clutter.
The location is right on the border between the center city and the University area: far enough from the tourists to be in a real neighborhood, but still a five-minute walk to the core of the city, and a five minute walk in another direction to the shopping district. There are plenty of neighborhood restaurants and coffee bars (favorites are Tartines, Via Via, Koffeeklap and Simply Emily), the grocery store is two blocks away, and the apartment is one block from the intersection of two tram lines that can get you around much of Antwerp.
My needs are for a comfortable place to have a simple breakfast or make a sandwich, review documents over a coffee before heading out for the day, to relax in the evening and take a short walk to a restaurant, have a comfortable chair in which to read, and to get around the town without difficulty. This apartment meets all of those criteria, and I will definitely stay here again.
The only caveat I would flag is for those who are have a high sensitivity to noise: the apartment faces the street where there is regular traffic, both pedestrian and vehicle, and the students passing by can be a little noisy at night. I did not find this to be an issue, but there may be some guests who would.
I recommend the apartment highly.

A deposit of 250 € and a deposit of 50% of the total rental price is required to confirm the booking. All prices include heating, Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water, bed linen, bath towels and excluding a final cleaning fee of 40 € The following cancellation charges will be applied: up to 49 days before the rental start: 10% of the rental price up to 35 days before the rental start: 30 % of the rental price up to 21 days prior to the rental start: 60% of the rental price up to 14 days prior to the rental start: 90 percent of the rental price shorter than 14 days before the rental start 100% of the rental price.
