1st Floor, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Beachfront Condo (sleeps up to 8)

IMAGINE yourself waking up with the sounds of the ocean coming through the sliding door of the master bedroom. Enjoy a cup of coffee and relax on the screened porch and start the day right! Fresh paint, new wood floors, and soothing decor give this unit the welcoming and homey feeling you are looking for.

This condominium is BEACH FRONT, which means that is located on the beach and provides a partial view of the ocean. It is located on the first floor of the southeast corner of the condominium complex. This allows a view of the ocean from the screened porch off the living room and from the balcony off the master bedroom.

There are a total of four flat-screen TVs in this unit, each of them have cable service connected, one in the living room, and one in each of the three bedrooms. There is also a DVD player attached to the TV in the living room. There is also a wet bar, full-size washer and dryer, and all the cooking utensils you could desire.

The 'highlight' of the unit is the full length-wise wall mirrors located in the living room and the master bedroom giving you a feeling of more space. There is also a screened entry for storing your beach chairs, floats, etc. No smoking is allowed inside the unit. Pets are NOT allowed.

Pelican's Landing is located on Shore Drive and only a short walk to the popular Ocean Annie's Beach Club and The Apache Fishing Pier. There are bike rentals nearby, two pools on site, a playground, barbecue grills, picnic table, pool lounge chairs, two elevators, and luggage carts for your convenience.

GREAT LOCATION!!! Shore Drive is considered a 'family zone' area. Shore Drive is a dead-end street which reduces the amount of traffic and provides some isolation from the hectic Route 17 'Restaurant Row.' Barefoot Landing and Broadway At The Beach are both nearby as well as several restaurants, Wal-Mart, and the Conway Bypass (Route 22) is very easily accessible.

Why Brian Dubreuil chose Grand Strand - Myrtle Beach Area

Previous to owning a condo, I had been visiting Myrtle Beach for several years for an annual golf trip with friends. On one visit, I decided that it would be great to have a place to come to and stay, since we did it every year. Now I visit twice a year, once with my family and the second is still for the trip with my golf buddies.

What makes this condo unique

The condo complex is located on a dead-end street, so it avoids the traffic of the main roads. I can walk down the stairs and the sand of the beach is only a few feet away. Of course plenty of golf courses and restaurants are nearby. Not much more needed to say... :)

The smartest decision for vacation

Very comfortable, clean, and inviting. The location of the building and unit are perfect. Elevators are immediately around the corner from the unit. The unit is quiet, easily accessible, and right next to the beach and pool. Located on a dead end street, there is minimal traffic.

My favorite part is the screened in porch where I can see and hear the ocean while relaxing with a coffee and a book.

I can't wait to go back!!

Great ocean view condo

My wife and I have enjoyed staying in this condo for several years. This unit has an ocean view from the balcony and the master suite. The condo and complex is well equipped and maintained to please everyone. Brian is great to work with , very attentive and professional, we love this place and look forward to staying every year.

Would recommend staying here if you had to. The place was awesome! Close to the beach, close to anything you need and also had anything you needed in the condo. Any problems the owner took care of it in a timely manner. Would recommend to stay there.

Very nice condo. Had all the necessities for a comfortable week.

The only suggestion I would have is to replace or fix the pull out sleeper sofa. It wasn't able to be used. But other than that everything ewas very nice. Great location and nice pool facilities! Would stay there again!!

The condo 107 was clean, convenient and overall great. Would recommend a fan on porch.

The convenient store across the street and liquor store is good for quick needs. Bar's Flip Flops and Harry Hats and Ocean Anne's are fun and within walking distance. Brian was very easy to work with and would rent from him again and would recommend to others. Donna

Very nice condo in great location.

The condo was great. Equipped with everything you could need. It was also larger than expected. Very nice view of the ocean. Close to all amenities. The owner Brian was great to work with. Made some great memories and already looking forward to heading back next summer. Thank you for sharing.
