About this property

This centrally located, recently updated and refurnished space is perfect while enjoying The Whitefish Mountain Resort ski area, Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, the town of Whitefish, world class golfing and many other NW Montana gems.

This large private house is divided into 3 separate independent rental living spaces. "Notch View", at around 700 sq ft is the upstairs portion of the 5300 sq ft home. The other two portions of the house are rented separately and have independent entrances. “Notch View” is a fully furnished 1 Bdr 2 Full Bth apartment about the garage. Notch View offers an off street parking lot and its own private entrance, fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size mattress and the living room has a large couch which sports a new memory foam hide-a-bed mattress.

Notch View is a fully furnished home including a washer and dryer, air conditioning, Spectrum Cable with premium movie channels, new LED TV with ROKU, Alexa, Wi-Fi and access to the Common House game room. In the game room you will enjoy a full sized air hockey table, a miniature Pirates of the Caribbean pinball game and a Foosball table.

The home is on 3 acres with plenty of trees and a large grass field

Comfortable stay (“The Notch) that has everything you need!

Jared and Anita are wonderful hosts who answered all my numerous questions patiently. The space itself (we rented “The Notch”) was perfect for our needs, was very convenient and had everything we needed! The AC worked great, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all the conveniences (large fridge and freezer), and the hot water/pressure in the bathroom was perfect. The property itself is quiet and secluded, and a welcome escape. The fire pit was an added benefit! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Jared and Anita!
