Lovely new apartment located in the Porta San Frediano.
Be enchanted by the magnificence of one of the most characteristic areas of Florence "Oltrarno". This area is famous for its typical restaurants, for the "warm atmosphere" of the bars in cui you can enjoy a moment of relaxation ,; for the craft shops and relaxing parks, the green hearts of Florence.
Here the time Seems to have stopped, giving way to residents and tourists to enjoy the authentic Florence Style.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The apartment (120 sqm) is located on two levels: ground floor and basement.
Ground floor: kitchen / dining area, two double bedrooms, full bathroom.
Both of the bedrooms open onto a courtyard, from one of them passing a glass door it's possible to get out on the court, an area where bicycles can be parked and where you can smoke.
Basement: living room with TV 42 ", double bedroom and full bathroom.

SERVICE:
Heating, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooker, jug with water filter, toaster, juicer, american coffee-machine, Italian coffee machine, Moka pot. Towels and bedclothes included.

Three nights in Florence

Loved the area and apartment. Fab bars, restaurants, bakery and coffee all within 60 seconds walk. Definitely would rent again if we were to come back with the kids.

Great apartment close to everything

We had a great stay - the owner was very friendly and it was a 10 minute walk to the city center and about 15 minutes to the train station. There is a bakery/coffee shop two doors down that was awesome and very affordable - three Americanos and three pastries were less than 6 Euros. We loved our stay and will try to stay here again if we're lucky enough to go back.

Perfect Home

The owner met us at the property and it is just as advertised. The property looks brand new. All of the appliances worked, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out and feel at home. The location is real nice. A short walk across the bridge puts us right in the middle of the beauty of Florence. Close to restaurants, shops, sights and more. If we go back to Florence, we will again stay at this home.

Central location for Florence visit!

Overall this was a wonderful property. Centrally located to walk to all the sites in Florence, doors away from restaurants and pastry shops. A great pizzeria down the street. Close to grocery stores. Very modern, on street level, so you do get city noise when you’re in the kitchen area, but the inner doors block the street noise for the bedrooms. Bathrooms are all modern, with great showers & water pressure — a pleasure! Kitchen also modern and useful for having breakfast in. Ylenia was very easy to communicate with by text, and accommodating when we ended up at the apartment earlier than expected. There was a convenient parking garage around the corner, but the car wasn’t necessary for getting around. The only negative was that the WiFi didn’t work downstairs (which she did tell us), but since it was the area where the TVs and hanging out area was located, it would have been good to just add an access point. Also my cell phone didn’t work at all, so if you’re downstairs, you’re out of touch. And the downstairs was definitely damp feeling, even with the dehumidifiers and window open. Not a deal breaker, and there are two bedrooms upstairs, but if you’re at all sensitive to it, you notice. Overall a great location and modern amenities in a wonderful city.
