The beach access is very far away. Once you get to an access point, the actual beach is way off of the road. It is a trek for sure. The house was a little beaten up. I always searched for 5 star cleanliness which normally serves we well. Not awful but I would not have categorized this as 5 star. There were lots of stains on the coach covers and lots of dirt / scuffs on the walls and oddly the doors. Especially in the downstairs bathroom. We spilt a drink the first night and I quickly realized the kitchen floor hadn't been mopped. The rug in the dining room has a black edge on 3/4 of it. The back door to the patio was warped and hard to open and close. The house is full of knick knack items. If there is a surface there is a decoration there. Which is a pretty thought, but dust collects on those items. There was a couple of fake holy bushes on our dining room table that looked nice, but then when I went to move them for diner I realized they were full of dust.
The kitchen needed a little help with basic items. We made pizzas one night and didn't have a pizza cutter. 5 wine openers but no pizza cutter. No blender, no mixer, no kitchen towels but tons and tons of skillets. There was a toaster, which came in handy.
Pool was close, although very crowded. But there was a pool across the street which helped. The golf cart and bikes were awesome. They allowed us to get to and from and tool around. The golf cart was in excellent condition and large. It was a life saver. I would not rent a house in this community without one.
