Lark's Nest Mountain View is a comfortable and cozy duplex just a few minutes from downtown Helen.

20% OFF Rental Rate with Arrival Date by April 30, 2024! If you book online or through an online travel agent like Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, please request the discount under the Guest Comment section. Once Georgia Mountain Rentals receives the reservation, the 20% discount will be applied to the rental rate and you will receive a Reservation Confirmation showing this amount!

This property has a modern style with plenty of space that features one king bed, one queen bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped which flows into a spacious living area that has a gas log fireplace to keep guests warm and cozy on cool evenings. You will also find a laundry area that has a washer and dryer. Outside of the back door there is a deck that has a hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture for comfortable seating.

There is an EV Charger for electric vehicle owners at the front of the property. A fee of $10 per day will be added to your reservation. Please contact our office for more details.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, comfortable bed a few items needed to be addressed which would have made it a better stay. Lights on exterior stairs were out, no shower liner, fire place didn't work, hot tub water level too low for adequate jet use, no tv/cable account for cabin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property very clean w/ everything we needed. One downfall was the climb of the entry-way steps - steep and old. Driveway was slanted which made it difficult getting in and out of the car.
