Large and great location
Great condo and very close to bus stop. Only recommendation would be if they could leave some dish towels, dish soap, and a dish sponge.
College party property
I rated his 1 star for the space, 1 star for the location. Otherwise, the property is extremely dated, beds uncomfortable, cleanliness questionable, internet didn’t work, most lights didn’t work, felt dark and dingy. Felt like a place that you cram as many people as you can into it, get crazy and not worry about what was spilled on the carpet then get up to hit the slopes.
Great location, a bit outdated
The location was great so near town in Winter Park. The place is run through the Best Western next door. When we showed up it was easy to check in and make sure we were ready to go. The place is big enough for the people it sleeps and has beds for everyone which was nice.
Not all of the light switches worked and the main part of the house is a little dated. There were two saute pans which with 11-12 people is a little troublesome to cook things all at once. The hot tub is actually in the Best Western. We had to call over to the hotel the first morning we woke up there to ask for the WiFi. There were no directions on what to do on check out and when asked the staff from Best Western we were told the normal things like, cleaning the dishes and picking up, but there was no soap for the dishwasher or for washing dishes and we were told we would have to go get some. Also, the stairs and banister upstairs were a bit wobbly.
All in all, it sleeps a large group of people nicely and has a great location, it needs further updating to things like the stairs and banister for safety, and for large groups would benefit from a couple more pans and a little more education on the property for the Best Western staff who are the first line of communication during your stay.
We stayed at this condo for 4 nights. When we first arrived we were under the impression that you could check in whenever to our surprise we were not able to check in till 4. We arrived in Winter park at 10am. The staff was very nice an offered us a place to stash our luggage so we didn't have to drag that around. We returned at 4 to check only to find out that it still wasn't ready. We waited for another half an hour before we could actually get into the condo. The condo was clean but the bathrooms were outdated the pressure for the water wasn't very good. The water temp also fluctuated greatly while you were taking a shower. Most of the outlets didn't work. Many lightbulbs were burnt out through out the condo. The beds were also very hard. The kitchen was big and had everything you needed. We were hoping to use the deck but the snow wasn't cleaned off so we didn't get a view at all other than the huge pile of snow. The location of this condo was great because it was right in the middle of Winter Park and you could walk to most places. All in all this was an ok place to stay if you don't mind some outdate bathrooms and hard beds.
