Great crash pad for summer sun and water

Stayed 3 nights while river floating and visiting schlitterbauhn. Place was easy access to rivers and New braunfels. The home was very clean and quiet. There was a lot of air freshener plug-ins throughout the house which could cause someone with allergies issues but we were good. Would visit again for summer float trip!

Awesome stay

Super clean home with a great yard. Friendly and responsive host. Lots of amenities like a nesspreso, washer/dryer, fenced yard, parking in front and back.

We wanted to get a bit outside of Austin during GP weekend and San Marcos is a good location. The house was well equipped and perfect for our group of 4. We did manage to use the community pool one night which was refreshing after a hot day in the sun. Would definitely come back next year!

San Marcos Cozy Home

Very welcoming home in a new subdivision. Very quite neighborhood with walking trails and super pet friendly. The home was decorated so cute and beds/coach were very comfortable. The house was stocked with EVERYTHING! We will definitely stay again. Literally 5 minutes from the Outlet Mall.

Great location and close to attractions. Neighborhood is quiet even though it’s near a major outlet mall. Owners were very communicative and helpful when addressing our specific needs. Highly recommended.
