You can see peaks of the Ocean from the living room, front balcony, dining room table, and even the lounge chair from the master. Located in the front row center building 1 on the 2nd level, this spacious 1768 sg ft corner unit features everything you'll need to make your next vacation one you'll remember for years to come.

Recently updated with brand new patio furniture, new flooring, and paint! The tastefully decorated living room allows for plenty of space to relax with friends and family and features a flat-screen TV that has an open concept with a fully equipped and updated kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features newer appliances with slow-to-close cabinet drawers, a coffee maker, a Keurig machine, and an expresso machine, also has a pantry with enough room to store everything you'll need to prepare your favorite seaside feast. Enjoy meals around the dining room table and additional seating for 4 around the kitchen counter.

Step out through the sliding glass doors and enjoy the peaks of the ocean, the unit also has a balcony from the master for a more secluded atmosphere, or pick the 3rd balcony from one of the guest rooms for sunbathing or relaxing.

The roomy master suite offers a king-size bed, cozy lounge chair, flat-screen smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. The private master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a separate jetted bathtub, and two sinks with storage for drawers and cabinets for both. The 2nd bedroom features a full-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat-screen TV. There is also a full-size air mattress allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8 people. So much storage in this unit.

This lovely condo features cable TV, Wi-Fi, and all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer in the unit. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach pull buggy are all there for your use for the times on the beach.

Good but needs attention to cleaning detail

Location was good. 10 minutes from almost anything. Condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was very pretty, had lifeguards and wasn't overly crowded. The property did have pools but they closed earlier than stated every night and the hot tubs were out of commission due to a gas leak. The maintenance man closing the pools was very, very rude. Condo was spacious. Had plenty of room for 4 children and 3 adults. They had games available to play in the closet and plenty of beach towels!! Cleanliness was probably the only big thing for me. Coffee pot still had the last guests coffee and grinds in it. The bathroom floors weren't very clean. Just seeing these couple of problems made us sleep on top of the comforters with our own blankets all week because who knows if those were clean (I didn't check). Besides that it was a good week for our family get a way spot.

Great Family Time

We had a great vacation in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The property managers were fantastic and got right back to us with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property.

The condo is very spacious and well equipped. It was clean with very nice furnishings and has everything you need. The condo rental agency failed to provide a gate access code and property map in our package. I suggest having that emailed the day of arrival. We arrived late due to flight delays and it took us a phone call to their answering service (not helpful) and nearly an hour to locate the unit (only after following someone thru the security gates and asking a homeowner for assistance).
