The apartment is positioned on the second floor if an immaculately maintained building. The building does not have an elevator but with just two flights for stairs to climb this should not present any discomfort.

This 1400 sq foot grand apartment has a hugely spacious private terrace with enough space for two families to enjoy al fresco dining. .It really feels more like a house than an apartment – but amazingly, it is situated in the very heart of Old Town. It is in the same building as the one-bedroom apartment 1980947 but provides enough space for one or two families to relax in.

There is a large, luxurious kitchen and lounge dining area, it has a TV and small office, huge master bedroom with another TV and additional lounge seating. The third bedroom is off the second bedroom and there is a large bathroom (twin sinks) and two toilets. There is also plenty of storage space for suitcases etc.

The large private terrace overlooks a beautiful well maintained garden. The garden is shared but never used by the other residents in the building and is ideal if you have small children or a pet.

The apartment comes with all mod-cons including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, large whirl pool bath, private on-site parking spot in the courtyard of the building. Large comfortable beds with thick mattresses in bedrooms which face the garden guarantee a perfect night’s sleep.

This grand Old Town square apartment is decorated with taste and experience blending antique, old-world charm with flashes of modern flare to bring a perfect balance between historical style and practical comfort. About Ilan and Veronika Morris

My wife and I currently own and manage a total of six Prague apartments. We bought our first Prague apartment in 2004 and since then we have made a further two purchases. We started focusing on short-term rentals in 2008 after renovating our first apartment, the four-bedroom 97558).

We also sublease three apartments in lessor and Old Town and view leasing as an important way to expand our business. It enables us to focus on the most prime locations in the city that boast spectacular and unique views of some of Prague’s most iconic attractions.

My wife has 10 years experience in high-level hotel management and her experience in this sector has proved invaluable in professionalizing our business. All our apartments are renovated and/or decorated with a boutique style, using authentic, antique and vintage furnishings collected and added by my wife.

We take great time and care acquiring our furnishings in an effort to create a unique and original experience for our customers. We feel it is important to differentiate ourselves from the ‘four walls and Ikea furniture’ format which is standard in many holiday-let apartments in Prague.

We prefer to focus on a lower number of apartments so that we can maintain and develop each of them with an attention to detail true to our boutique style and principles of quality over quantity.

Our apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest level and our improvements in both comfort and decor are ongoing. Since we started in 2008 our six apartments have acquired 360 five star reviews on HomeAway and average five stars across two other major sites with additional 300 reviews.

In future we would like to expand our portfolio taking on more renovation projects which focus on converting historical apartments into high-performing holiday rentals. All our renovations aim to capture the spirit and character of the building/ apartment being restored and we only take on projects where we feel this can be achieved to the highest end.

This is an exceptionally large one-bedroom apartment. The extra space adds a great deal of extra comfort to spread out in. There is a lot of natural light which streams through the window into the hall and living room making this a delightful choice for couples or families. The location is in the very heart of Old Town with all attractions walking distance.

What makes this apartment unique

The extra space (90 squ m/1001 sq feet) decorated with elegant vintage furnishings, is a real pleasure to relax in. There are views from the windows of st Giles Church and also a private garden ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning in tranquil surroundings. The location in Prague most sought after area of Old Town (stare Mesto) simply could not be more central allowing easy access to all major attractions by foot.

Delightful, spacious apartment in centre of old town!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely apartment for five days in August. As has been said, it is elegant, spacious, airy and large with at least 6 windows facing the courtyard. Ilan and Veronika were wonderful, helpful hosts. Ask them to arrange transportation to and from the airport for a worry free vacation. We picked up necessities: bread, eggs, cheese, juice, milk, coffee etc at the nearby Tesco and were able to enjoy a relaxing breakfast in before hitting the fabulous streets of Prague, the amazing sights of which were literally at our doorstep. We recommend a daytrip with 'Northern Hikes' - to the Elbe Sandstones Natural Reservation including the Elbe Canyon and Bastei Sandstone Bridge. They picked us up at the apartment and dropped us off after a sensational day in the countryside. St. Giles Church is across the street from the apartment and we saw a brilliant concert of Vivaldi, Mozart, Bach and Dvorak. There is a small restaurant and jazz bar below the apartment, which closes at 10:00pm. You can either lie in bed with the windows open and have a free concert or close them and hear nothing! The apartment was spotless, comfortable and dreamy. Highly recommend!!

Spacious apartment

More spacious than the pictures appear. Very comfortable. Portable a/c. We used it in the living room during the early evening and in the bedroom at night. Quiet and close to everything. Supermarket, Tesco, is less than a 10 minute walk.

My favorite vacation accomodation in a city

My husband and I spend 4 days in this apartment in the old center of Prague and it exceeded our expectations. The owners and managers were very helpful and made it easy. The apartment is truly gorgeous with a flair - the high ceilings, large rooms and tasteful furnishing. The location can not be topped - right in the center, but a quiet little back courtyard. We enjoyed our days and will be back.

Elegant Stay

We can, without any hesitation, strongly recommend this apartment and location. The apartment was spacious, elegant, and well appointed exceeding our expectations.The Jazz bar and restaurant nearby was not an issue in anyway. Everything was quiet by 10:30 at night. One would be hard pressed to find a better location. On our next visit to Czech, this will be our first reservation.

Incredible apartment, perfect location to see OldTown!

Apartment was even more spacious than the pictures made it seem. Very luxurious, with huge windows and great natural light and breeze.

The lack of A/C worried us a bit as one day hit 33c/92f, but the high ceilings and breeze kept the place perfect at night and we got the best sleep of our multi-city trip!

Hosts are in constant contact and always available. Very easy and informative check in.

This elegant apartment is located in a historical house at the very heart of Prague Old Town. Hidden in a private court and surrounded with a private quiet garden in one of the city’s Oldest neighborhoods. Old Town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. This apartment nestled in a quiet courtyard is the perfect place to escape the crowds.

Once you decide to explore what this magical city has to offer you will find all sites within easy walking distance. Old Town square with Astronomical clock, the Jewish quarter and the Charles Bridge and just 5 min walk away as well as the Old Town metro and Tram stops.

Křížovnický square, a few minutes away overlooking the Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, this location is sure to leave our guests with unforgettable memories of one of Europe’s most magical and beautiful capitals.
