Peace in the middle of it all

We stayed 5 nights (Dec 22-27) in Prague. We found this quaint apt on HomeAway and booked it well in advance. Both Veronica and Ilan were very attentive to our booking from first contact until our departure. I would highly, highly recommend booking this apt if you are: a couple (though the place is huge, there is only bed for two persons). It is very quiet (top floor) in a building filled with charm. It is safe. Nice kitchen and two bathrooms. IIan was waiting for us at the unit though our train was an hour late. He arranged for taxis to and from apt as we had two large suitcases. He was in touch by text and easy to communicate with at all times. He had even asked if we would like to have a small Christmas tree in the unit when we arrive. Yes, please! We actually entertained ten of our friends in this unit for Christmas. It was the most lovely, most spacious of any in our group. I know Ilan also manages a few other units, one in the same building. If you want a worry free, peaceful stay at a fair price this is your guy. We recommend him without reservation, though you should actually make reservations early because his units are in demand. We will be back in the summer, Ilan, and will see you again.

beautiful, spacious apartment in the center of Prague

We loved our stay. We did not cook much but there was a well equipped kitchen. The apartment was very central that we could just pop back for a coffee or a beer. There is a large Tesco about 5 minutes walk away. We both slept very well. Would certainly stay again.

Beautiful flat in old town within wonderful cafes and sites.

Bedding was too warm so we ended up removing comforter and using throws. No bath soap! Ilan the host was very helpful.

My wife and I bought our first Prague property in 2004 and have since built up a portfolio of eight holiday apartments with a value of approx 137m CZK/6,5 m USD, of which approx 1,7 m USD is owned and the rest leased. We specialize in short-term rentals which we manage together with a small team through our sro MJMorris Apartments and Developments.

We develop properties from complete renovation and/or refurbishment into successful holiday lets and acquire apartments through lease or purchase in the most prime locations the city has to offer.

We still consider ourselves a ‘boutique’ business with a philosophy of quality over quantity with the number apartments we take on. We take great care in both design and presentation of our rentals, as well as the services we offer. We have a small and dedicated team who all have approx 10 years experience in hospitality and we only take on renovations projects which capture the spirit and history of Prague while maintaining all the comforts of modern living.

We also provide consultation in all aspects of Prague real estate investment but specialize in the holiday rental sector. We are especially excited about merging property development with tourism. This is an exceptionally large one-bedroom apartment. The extra space adds a great deal of extra comfort to spread out in. There is a lot of natural light which streams through the window into the hall and living room making this a delightful choice for couples or families. The location is in the very heart of Old Town with all attractions walking distance.

What makes this apartment unique

The extra space (90 squ m/1001 sq feet) decorated with elegant vintage furnishings, is a real pleasure to relax in. There are views from the windows of st Giles Church and also a private garden ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning in tranquil surroundings. The location in Prague most sought after area of Old Town (stare Mesto) simply could not be more central allowing easy access to all major attractions by foot.
