Quietly set in its own gardens with many trees and plants, our house includes large pool, barbecue, pool shower and toilet. There is one ground floor large double bedroom with large fitted wardrobes. This room overlooks the garden and mountains, has access to the terrace, and is directly facing a shower room. There is a bright large fully fitted kitchen with terraces either side, an enormous lounge with wi fi TV DVD iPod docking and speakers to garden and poolside. 1st floor has 3 large bedrooms. Master has 2 balconies, air con, large fitted wardrobes and ensuite. In total there are 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets. Twin bedroom has private balcony with views of mountains, air con and large fitted wardrobes. Large double bedroom has air con, Large fitted wardrobes and access to 2 balconies with views of the garden, pool and sea.. The roof terraces give stunning 360° views. Double garage houses a washing machine.

I have been visiting Cyprus over many years. I chose this site to build my house very selectively, knowing the area very well.

What makes this house unique

The architect designed house was built with my own specifications. Set in private grounds but still walking distance to village. All bedrooms have air conditioning and brilliant views (probably the best in the area). All floors are marbled or tiled which keeps them cool. There are many good close beaches and places of interest to visit. The 18 hole golf course is only 20 minutes away. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance.   • There is a shower and toilet on the ground floor. There is a large en suite, and family bathroom with bath and shower on the first floor. There is a washroom and toilet situated on the second floor. There is also a poolside shower and toilet available. Towels are provided for your use. Unfortunately we are unable to provide beach towels. Bins are provided in all toilets as no sanitary paper should be flushed in the toilet as it blocks up the pipes. Bidet taps are provided with toilets for your convenience.

  • Large ground floor double bedroom with shower room and toilet has windows with views towards the mountains and also out on the front garden. Patio doors open to a terrace and views of the mountains. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms: the spacious master bedroom has a large en suite shower room, bedside tables, mirror, a window looking towards Bellapais and the mountains and balconies overlooking the rear of the house and garden towards the sea. The other two bedrooms share the large family bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. One bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables, mirror and large wardrobes with windows looking out to the front of the garden and a balcony overlooking the mountains.The other bedroom is a large double with large wardrobes, bedside tables, mirror, window showing front garden and 2 balconies overlooking the garden and pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning and spare linen. Hairdryers are also available.

We are able to arrange your pick up from the airport and return to same. We can also arrange car hire on your behalf. North Cyprus has many places of historical interest to visit. It has some good beaches to relax on. There are water sports to be found. There are some good restaurants nearby, many with entertainment. There are many rare species of birds to befound. The Karpaz is a beautiful place to drive to and spend some time. You may just enjoy time in or by the pool relaxing!

Fantastic accommodation - well located with a great pool and excellent views from the roof terrace.

We had a great time at this property. Kyrenia is close by and it's well located for local shops and restaurants, and beaches close by or further flung. The property itself has aircon in all the bedrooms and we made lots of use of the decent sized swimming pool. A real pleasure to deal with the owners, who responded quickly to all our enquiries and even provided a welcome pack including a few essentials to settle us in. Highly recommended all round!

many good resturants and bars within walking distance 4/8 mins.We are at the foot of Belapaise 11th cent. to the south 10 mins by car and the sea to the north 5mins by car both can be seen from our many teraces the old harbour and crusader castle in Girne town are a ten min drive Girne has many bars and resturants the 18 hole golf course is about 15 mins drive.
