About this property

This home sleeps 12 adults plus kiddos with room to roam, family oriented! 30 plus acres to explore by hiking and biking. 4 bedrooms and a huge bunk room with a lounging area. 3 living rooms, 2 outdoor fire pits, wrap around deck with a hot tub and glass dry sauna. There is a 12 adults max. Room for skis and golf clubs and toys! 29 miles from Traverse City, 19 miles from Frankfort and 1/2 mile from Crystal Mountain Lodge and Resort. The home also has snow shoes, cross-country skis, sleds, foosball, ping-pong table and air hockey provided. Additionally, there is an add-on of a private chef- additional charge and upon request.

Price is firm.
Peak pricing from May-September 950/1200 -4 night minimum. Holidays are $2000 per night as well as 5 minimum night stay. There will be a $200.00 deduction from your deposit for a check in and and out fee.

Perfect location for our Family & Friends ski trip

Outstanding home! Plenty of room for 4 families with kids and had everything we needed… large common areas and kitchen; game room in heated garage; outdoor hot tub and sauna; only a couple minutes to Crystal Mountain. Perfect location for our ski trip. Also owner and property management were both extremely responsive and helpful.

Nothing short of fabulous

Most well appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in. The owner and staff were extremely easy to work with and responsive. The location was fabulous. The property was stellar in every way. So many amenities.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!

Check in was easy, property manager was informative and friendly, amenities were all there …. Super impressed! Also the owner of the VRBO check in from time to time making sure we had everything we needed. Whenever I’m back in norther MI, I am absolutely staying at the Lillie Lodge! 5 STARS!!!
