Bod Feddau is a detached cottage near the village of Llanddona, just three miles from Beaumaris. The cottage sleeps five people and has three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a standard double bed and one with a single, together with a family bathroom and a separate shower room on the ground floor. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, plus a conservatory. Outside is off road parking and a front lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Situated on the Isle of Anglesey, Bod Feddau is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round. Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars, plus additional off road parking by arrangement with owner. Front lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 4 miles, pub 1 mile. Beach 2 miles. Note: Garden not secure and there are sheep and cattle in neighbouring fields, children to be supervised. Note: Some external steps and surfaces are uneven, therefore care should be taken. Note: There is a small log cabin close by which is occupied 2 or 3 times a year by its owner.
