This two bedroom apartment is furnished to a very high standard and provides all the mod cons for comfortable living! The apartment is located on the second floor of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments and overlooks Estepona Port, with the sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. There is air conditioning in all the rooms plus TV with a selection of British channels 1,2,3,4 and 5, a video recorder and a hi-fi system. Both bedrooms are en-suite. The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of Bars, Restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. This is a very good quality apartment, which is always popular.

Our Second Stay at this Apartment

We have just had our second stay in this apartment and again we were not disappointed. It was clean, tidy, well equipped with plenty of clean towels and bed linen. David and Martin were helpful as always. This year we also had the benefit of the refurbished second en-suite bathroom which was very nice and as we came with friends we found the two en-suites very handy, offering more privacy for two couples.

A car is not necessary, all the amenities of the port being virtually just round the corner with a good selection of bars and resturants. The Super Sol supermarket is just across the road too.

One suggestion to the owner would be to provide sunloungers for use around the pool.

First class apartment, we will be back in May 2010!

Great apartment in Estepona Port

Have just returned from an 11 night stay in this apartment. The location was superb, very quiet but handy for everything. Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk , taxis and buses nearby. Estepona town has a lovely beach and is a beautiful place. There are loads of flowers and trees everywhere and it is all very well kept. The grounds of the apartment are also beautifully maintained.

The apartment itself is well equipped and very comfortable. The air conditioning was very welcome as the weather was very hot. Both bedrooms and en suites were very good.

Only a couple of minor gripes- the kitchen was advertised as refurbished but it must have been done a while ago because the freezer door in the fridge was broken and another of the cupboard doors was loose. We would have liked some english instructions for using the cooker and tv as we struggled with them both. We had to borrow a hairdryer from Time in Spain because there wasn't one provided. A major minus was the fact that there are no umbrellas at the pools and there would need to be more sunbeds in the high season. This is probably not an issue that the owner can do anything about but it maybe worth passing our comment on to the complex management.

Apart from those few little points we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to friends.

We are aware that there is a problem with freezer compartment door, but unfortunately, the fridge model is no longer produced and replacement parts are not available. Whilst the door does close correctly, we do know that is can cause issues. You are correct, there are no umbrellas by the pools, but sun beds are provided at both pools. it is something that the urbanization supply and is beyond the owner's control. I was pleased to hear that you enjoyed the position of the apartment in the marina and its proximity to the bars, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and that you would recommend it to friends. Perhaps we'll have a chance to welcome you back to Estepona again.

perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!

O n our arrival we were met late in the evening as our flight was delayed, but everything went very smoothly. The apartment was spotless and the welcome package was, well very welcome at that time of the evening!!! The surrounding area was great with bars restaurants and shops all on the doorstep, this was just what we wanted as I did not want to drive in the evenings. The trip up to Ronda is not to be missed and also a boat trip to Gibraltar I thoroughly recommend. All in all we had a great time and will be back again, we also have recommended this apartment to several of our friends.

Just 2 mins walk to the bars, shops, restaurants. Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon.     We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
