You will sleep like an angel in the new Beautyrest mattress queen size Murphy bed for 2, along with a pull-out queen NO BAR sofa sleeper for 2 more. There is full STUDIO kitchen with a dining table, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven & stove, as well as a refrigerator/freezer. The entertainment center has a new flat screen TV, as well as DVD/CD players.
There is plenty of storage space with a full size dresser, 1 closet, and a ski rack. Our gas log fireplace warms you after a long day of skiing, and the balcony provides a nice outdoor space to watch all the action on the mountain plaza below.
Park City Mountain resort accommodates kids of all ages, with a year-round Alpine roller coaster, a seasonal ice skating rink, and other seasonal kid-themed rides and amenities on-site. In winter, you can take a horse-drawn sleigh ride to a mountain-top restaurant (this books fast!). No need to ever leave the mountain.
But if you'd like to explore Park City, we have a city bus that will take you all over town (Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, etc.) all day, every day - for FREE. The pick-up point is right outside of our complex.
We have free covered parking, access to indoor/outdoor swimming pool, indoor Jacuzzi right down the hall, access to fitness center/gym, convenient coin-operated washer & dryer and ice machine. FREE WIFI, TOO.
Our local property manager is a long-time Park City resident who can offer convenient trouble-shooting and can recommend local venues to help plan your dream vacation.

Once again, just have to say how well your place worked out for us.
My sons's film ( and almost every other screening we wanted to see) played at the library- such a short, easy walk.
We could ski right to and from the lift, rent equipment and even get pizza and espresso right downstairs. So thanks so much, if we have reason to come back to Sundance, I'll definitely check back with you.
This studio condo was perfect for my wife, daughter (9) and I. The location - right near the Pay Day lift was perfect, plus in the heart of the Park City base village. We could stop in and have lunch at the condo vs. $20 for a Burger and a drink on the slopes. Each night we cooked dinner in the condo before heading out to see town or base areas. The grocery girls were able to stock the fridge and condo with our order before we arrived. Please use them if you plan on getting food and you don't rent a car.
Our family decided to rent skis vs. bring ours out. Aloha ski rental (on the way to the Pay Day Lift) was great and would rent there again. The pull out coach and the murphy bed were comfortable to sleep on and folded up easy when not in use. While the beds are out the room is tight but since you are sleeping it doesn't matter.
The hot tub just down the hall is perfect after a long day of skiing. If you want a pool (which is indoor/outdoor), it is just in the other building (1 minute walk) and has 2 hot tubs (indoor and outdoor).
Holly was easy to contact, if needed, and the check in/check out process was simple. This will be the first place we look at for future visits to Park City.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were a little worried at first that it was going to feel too small and cramped for the two of us, but we quickly got used to it and it met our needs just fine!
There were a few kitchen basics available like a little olive oil, sugar, etc. which was helpful. I didn't look under the bathroom sink until the last day but I think there were things like hairspray and sunscreen... again, nice to have!
The indoor hot tub was really close and we enjoyed that every day.
A few things to warn people about- the hot water gets REALLY hot. Be careful. Also, the sounds from the unit upstairs are very loud. Even when they are just walking, it is very loud. The refrigerator makes noises throughout the night too... we got used to all of it (and we were exhausted from skiing) but the first night it was hard to sleep. Next time I would bring earplugs.
The location of this condo, a short walk to the Payday lift is this condo's biggest asset. The space itself was nice, if unspectacular. It was functional, but small. I could not see having more than two people staying here. The only con was the wifi. It was slow and unreliable. It made it hard for me to work in the mornings before the lifts open. I had to tether my cellphone to get a connection that I could rely.
Checkin was seamless and the property was as advertised. Right next to several lifts, and the bus comes frequently to take you downtown.
Spent almost a week there with my 2 boys. Loved how quickly we could be on the slopes each day. Kitchen had everything we needed...cooked breakfast and made lunch every day. My kids drink a lot of smoothies so the Ninja blender they provided was fantastic. We arrived late at night and made plans ahead of time to use Stacey's Grocery Service. The fridge was stocked with fresh food before we arrived which worked out well. We ate dinner out most nights and any time we wanted to go into town we never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for one of the free buses to pick us up right out in front of the resort. I've reserved several properties through VRBO over the years and they've all been good, but I cannot say enough wonderful things about how incredible the management team interacted with us. All the way through our last day they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip.
I had a great extended-stay visit at Holly's studio in the Lodge @ Mountain Village. The unit is charming and cozy, as a solo traveler it was just the right amount of space. Everything is in full working order, fully furnished with everything you'd ever need for a short or long stay. There's a hot tub right down the hall from the studio! After Labor Day, the resort and Park City in general are very quiet, not many visitors, very relaxing. Great amenities at the resort, gym/indoor pool are definite pluses. I had no complaints during my stay, Holly was very helpful and consistent in communicating with me prior to and during my stay. I'm in full agreement with the proceeding positive reviews of the studio, and I highly recommend Holly's unit at the Lodge for a Park City vacation!
On-site ice skating and a cool roller coaster in winter, jumbo bounce houses and other kid activities in summer.
