Apartment located strategically. We have just reformed.

Apartment very central. With terrace overlooking the sea and the city. On pedestrian street.

It is in a very quiet and small building with complete independence ,where you can spend some relaxing time.

Possibility a garage very near in a public parking. But the car is not needed as it is close to the beach, pool complex Martiánez. In a commercial area with all kinds of supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors. Taxis and buses nearby. Close to all entertainment areas of the city. In the center.

About Conchi Díaz

II am a lover of my island and I like to welcome and inform people who come from other places, to know our landscape and our customs. I love hiking, whenever I can and go to the forest to collect mushrooms. Another of my hobbies is the sea. I love living near him and believe that bathing in the sea serene people carry us along with energy.

Why Conchi Díaz chose Puerto de la Cruz

Is a lovely place to stay. You can take a rest in a privilage area with wonderful weather.

You can have breakfast on the terrrace watching the sunrise or watching the sea.

Visit the island is easy . The bus can take you to Teide , or to rural park of Anaga or Teno.

If you prefer you can spend the day in the beach or visit Loro Park or Siam Park , the best water park .

What makes this apartment unique

Well connected. But once central wing area allowed to rest without noises.

Perfect climate. Nearby beaches. Next Teide National Park.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The quality of furnishing and decoration is to a very high standard and exactly as the photos show. Its in a very central location with immediate access to all facilities that you may need. Conchi (the owner) was very responsive to our questions and was pefectily on time providing the keys. I would highly recommend this apartment, and will for sure be returning.

Appartamento confortevole, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort, le foto rispecchiano fedelmente l'appartamento .

Situato in posizione centralissima .

La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con una bottiglia di buon vino canario , per un romantico benvenuto.

Sicuramente torneremo.

In the port there are plenty of activities that can be performed. There are companies who accompany you on your visit to kayak, you can surf. Hiking can be done throughout the year. There is a pool complex a few meters from the house. You will not be bored.
