This nineteenth century apartment is exquisitely decorated with antique furniture and paintings. This spacious apartment comprises two large bedrooms, a beautifully appointed sitting room and dining room, full kitchen and two newly renovated bathrooms. All modern conveniences are provided including TV Wi-Fi Internet etc. There are five exterior balconies providing beautiful light throughout the apartment.

Great central location in the prettiest part of the old city. Close to everything yet on a quiet square. The area is full of historical gems and is sited on top of the original Roman centre. The cathedral, basilica and archaelogy museum (are all within 200m of the apartment

This apartment is lovely- very clean and well maintained. It is situated in a very convenient part of the old town with easy access to everything- we really enjoyed staying there and would definitely go back.
Centrally located within easy walking distance to Valencias main squares, market & El Corte Ingles. A lovely spacious apartment, very comfortable & Nicolas is very friendly & welcoming. We took the tram to the beach every day, the tram stop is about a 12 min walk which can be tough in 30c heat , this for us was the only negative. Overall we had a great time & will definately return , many thanks to Nicolas , regards Mark & Joanne , St.Helens
The apartment was more than what we had expected from the description. It is has beautiful traditional decor. The apartment is lucky to have the light all day long as it has windows on all sides of the apartment block. It overlooks a quiet square which is so central yet very quiet. You would never be woken up by noise, even though we slept there on a saturday night.
It is perfect for sightseeing as it is so central. However, better to walk or take the metro further afield to find less touristy restaurants which is to be expected in the centre of any city. The owner gave this advice, along with a useful map when we checked in. I would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family.
We've been traveling with our 12-year old twins for almost seven months now and this was one of our favorite properties of the entire trip. The apartment is spacious, with a roomy living area, two nice-sized bedrooms, plus two bathrooms which came in handy with four people. The kitchen is well equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, a small dishwasher, plus a washer. There is also a nice dining area that we mostly used to dry our laundry, but it was nice to have the space. The location is fantastic, on a pleasant plaza, and a short walk to Plaza De La Reina which is filled with restaurants and cafes. There are a couple of small shops right below the apartment to buy some vegetables, plus right around the corner there is a full supermarket. Plus the rates were very affordable, and the owners responsive to our questions and needs. Highly recommended.
We stayed in this apartment for 5 days, there was plenty of room for two couples with ample cooking facilities. Very comfortable and close to the Cathederal and transport links, the supermarket isnt far either.
A nice touch is the file with plenty of information about Valencia. The owner was very helpful and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Elegant apartment with a fin-de-siecle feel (and furniture to match) two minutes from the cathedral and main squares - how central is that? Welcoming and helpful landlord who gave useful tips and advice about the city. Nice touches including 'vintage' embroidered sheets and original marble sinks. Kitchen equipment is a little sparse for anyone wanting to actually cook a meal, but the landlord is rectifying this.
The apartment overlooks a residential square and is strongly recommended for visitors to Valencia who want to stay among locals rather than in a soulless hotel.
Baron de Petres is located in the very heart of Valencia City's historic quarter within meters of the Valencia's famous Cathedral. All the historical treasures and tourist sites are within minutes on foot: Central Market (Mercado Central), the Cathedral, Plaza de la Virgen, Plaza de la Reina, the Basilica 250m, La Lonja (UNESCO building), the Bullring, Central Train Station etc.
Playa Malvarrosa (Valencia City's nearest beach) awarded the EU blue flag is 4km away (15min ride) easily accessed via direct metro which is 200m from the apartment. Other nearby beaches include the peaceful and pristine El Saler beach located along a lovely pine grove. Also located nearby is Valencia's Port - host to the internationally renowned and prestigious 2007 and 2010 America's Cup. Valencia also hosts the prestigious F1 European Grand Prix.
